  I ordered about $40 worth of food in the app a couple days ago: pizza, cheese bread, wings, and three garlic sauce cups. I always watch the tracker because I ask for my order to be left at the door and I don't want to miss it. Approximately 45 minutes after the order was placed, the tracker says it was delivered. I go to the door and find nothing. I walked next door to see if they left it at the wrong house, wasn't there either. I'm not about to wander all over the neighborhood looking for my food so I just went home and called them. They said they weren't sure why the app said it was delivered but the driver was on their way with my food. I waited another 25 minutes and called back for an update since I didn't have a tracker to follow. The girl on the phone asked if my food was outside. Obviously not, that's why I'm calling??? They said they would have it remade and redelivered. I asked how long that would take, they said another 35-40 minutes. The wings were barely sauced, but everything else was fine. The wildest part about the delivery is I put very detailed notes in the drop off instructions to make it easier for them to know what house to go to. Clearly they ignored them the first time.

  I stopped ordering pizza from here for a while because whoever was making the pizza it wasn’t coming out right . The other day I tried my luck and got lucky cuz whoever made that pizza had it tasting like domino’s original signature taste . Not over cooked ,dough not sunken or greasy ,cheese cooked right so when you get a slice there is actually a cheese pull and you could taste the flavor in the crust . Just crispy enough but not too soft . Today I wasn’t so lucky I thought it was old pizza and called to have it remade now I can confirm it’s based on whoever is making the pizza . Staff definitely shouldn’t catch an attitude when ppl have a complaint because not all of us are being a Karen we simply want food we’ll actually eat not be mad to have wasted money and still be hungry . The pizza is the same as before when I stopped and I don’t know if they can pinpoint why they turn out like this but the dough seems sunken ,greasy, the cheese doesn’t pull I think due to the grease. You try to pull a slice apart and it rips as if it’s dry,taste more salty for some reason. The only way I could describe it was its tastes old but I guess they thought I was just trying to ruin their day
