  Service so so, sat at the bar. Atmosphere was great. Had BBQ chicken flat bread, delicious. Nachos?? Worst I've ever had in my life, not exaggerating. The chips literally taste like grease, that's it, no flavor other than grease. Just go to DG and get a $2 bag of Santos tortilla chips guys. It would be a 100% improvement. Burger (I upgraded to burger) sour cream, cheese etc..was very sparse. Total waste of money.

  We had a great time! Kids 2 to 99 would have a blast. The option to get play points and a free lunch option was nice. I've never seen such cool arcade games like these. None were broken, easy to play and the service was great. And the food actually tasted really good!

  I brought my kids here today and let me tell you, not a good experience at all. We haven’t been to a Dave and busters in years but they seen it and begged to go. I went to the kiosk and got the deal for the meal and a $10 play card for myself and 4 kids. Nobody instructs you on what to do. I ask the front person after the kiosk how the dine and play goes and he said just go sit at a table. After waiting awhile, my daughter asked somebody if we were sitting in the right spots. They were all staring at us like something was wrong and nobody ever walked over. Finally the waiter comes over and I inform him I did the play and eat combo for all of us. He asked for my receipt but I told him it didn’t print one and only asked if I wanted it emailed, which I did. So I show him the email and he kind of second guessed it and asks all these questions but then grabs our order. The food was absolutely amazing. We added two pops onto our tab. When it came time to pay for the two drinks, the manager comes up and asks for my receipt that I paid. I show him the receipt, the cards it game me, and the charge on my card. He takes my phone and continues to figure it out. Me and my kids sat at the table for 20 minutes after we were done eating and bagging stuff up waiting on this. I was never apologized to. Apparently I was a learning curve because he had every waiter and waitress over there with my phone. Which honestly was super uncomfortable for me. Then he finally comes back over and asks for the $4.32 for the drinks. At this point I’m annoyed and my kids drove me nuts wanting to go play but instead we waited an additional 20 minutes after finishing our meal. I paid the $4.32 and this is the first time I have ever chose not to leave a tip. But my time was wasted along with my kids and I was made to feel like I was stealing or lying. Won’t be back after this encounter. I didn’t pay almost $150 to feel like that.

  First I will say this DnBs seemed bigger than ones Iv been to before. We went on a very busy day and they still had great service. Id say Robby was the star of the show.. He was literally everywhere at the same time.. He was working the crane machine, hyping all the kids up making sure everyone was having fun and nobody was bored in line, He was working the prize counter and working the floor fixing everyones issues (including ours) great guy! My son loves the giant Banana he got there. I got a couple drinks both were good, they were out of a few ingredients like the glitter bombs but they were busy so makes sense. We will definitely be back.

  We were here on December 18, 2025, when my daughter’s engagement ring flew off while she was playing basketball. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled incredibly well thanks to Jared and Andrew. Both went above and beyond to help us search for the ring, showing genuine care, professionalism, and patience. Jared ultimately found the ring, and we cannot thank them both enough. Their outstanding customer service truly stood out, and they deserve recognition for the way they handled the situation. We are very grateful for their help and highly recommend this place because of employees like them.
