  Fantastic atmosphere and a lot of cool games to play. Also watched the SB here....even though my team lost, great event. 🙏

  Let me start by saying, I love the upgrades and remodel. Absolutely beautiful and so open. Now, on to the main reason for this review. Emily! Emily is a Rockstar. One amazing and I mean AMAZING server. We had a large party this evening with 3 kids and she was a freaking GEM! Her tablet died and she did all the orders by hand. She was on top of the drinks, the food was so awesome, and she kept up with our table. She did fantastic. 10/10 recommend you get Emily as your server. Now, lets talk about Kyle, Kyle is a good getter. He is meant for his part as the manager. He was so sweet and genuine. He needs a raise as well. He went above and beyond for my kids. So did Emily, she found us in the arcade area and told us that Kyle would like the boys to do the human crane. They LOVED IT!! It was such a sweet gesture from Kyle. We have been coming this D&B for a while now, living here where people vacation has it perks. And I feel as though er need more Kyle's and Emily's in this world. They truly made our night out fun and ive never felt more welcomed in an establishment than this evening. We will Definitely be back.

  The manager, LOU, at this establishment should not be in his position. He was extremely rude and refused to switch onions on a meal for another side even though my child was allergic. He has zero customer service skills, blamed the problem on corporate, said to call them about it and literally said he’s too busy to deal with it and walked away!!! For as much money as we spend here, you’d think they would take the time to hire someone capable and knowledgeable enough to hold the management position. He was demeaning and clearly incapable of putting customers first. He called the sides “garnishments” even though they are clearly SIDES…. We were served dirty plates as well.

  Food isn't amazing but isn't bad. Price is just a little high so it really makes the value of food go down big time. Atmosphere is one star cause this is supposed to be a family friendly atmosphere but yet they are playing explicit lyrics over the speakers. I wasn't too happy about that. Servers are always friendly.

  The waiter was rude and didn't explain how the eat and play things worked really well instead laughing telling us it's always more money. The staff made my friend wait at the bar for 2 sodas while they just were talking. Not very welcoming 😕 the food was pretty good and the games were fun though!
