Caroline was an awesome server - I like to always share our server experience b/c that sets the tone for the overall lunch experience . She was very attentive, informative & made some good recommendations for us .
The food presentation was great - I had the grilled fish with the creole tomato red sauce over rice - it was delicious , I just wish it was served with some type of bread (but I was able to get some Bread later into my meal) the Hubbie had some with his meal - the fish was fried to perfection on the fish baskets, the guys said the red beans were good, the crawfish tower cakes she said was delicious with the fried green tomatoes . The tea was good as well. The atmosphere was perfect , several Options to watch on tv. It reminded us somewhat of back Home (Louisiana) in a sports restaurant.. the gumbo just wasn’t that La style roux - it was too dark & very strong - wasn’t what we were expecting . I’d rate the Gumbo a 2/10 - everything else was great .
My BNL had the RedBeans & rice as a side to his fried fish basket & enjoyed it - now, my husband ordered the fish poboy & gumbo (didn’t like the gumbo) swapped it out for the bisque which was good - now the poboy was really really small it literally was like a subway kids mini sub size , he had to order an additional meal . 🤦🏽♀️

If you like “ Golden Corral” quality food then this is the place for you. I was highly disappointed in it.
Ordered the Fish Orleans. The cream sauce was a water based cream sauce and was not good at all, and the rice it was served on was not cooked, bout broke a tooth.
The red beans were plain as a can of beans over some rice.
The tacos were nothing special. Again, no flavor.
Cajun food is about character and flavor and this had neither. I would have been mad if I had to wait over 30 mins for the food that I got.
On a good note, the beer was cold and the band was good.
I will not come back here.
Bayou on the Beach was much better.

Okay here we go again in Panama City Beach. We go through alot of restraunts there and love our job as food raters, but past 6 month PCB has disappointed us..... until now! As we walked in no wait time and immediately greeted with the warmest smiles ever! We were taken to our seats immediately and dont forget the unforgettable singer they had there (mesmerized)! Most of what I want to talk about is our waitress Patricia! She was the most professional, outgoing, honest, helpful, waitress we have ever met. She takes pride in her job and you can tell she is the heart of that company. I praise that women, she knew the menu like it was a preacher's Bible. Actually, we didnt even order off a menu. We just told her somewhat what we were wanting and she nailed it completely, "I got you, this is what your looking for...". That is the service Bay County needs to look towards. She never let the table get filled, drinks never empty, check on us at adequate times, and overall she needs to have a plaque. I personally believe she chose a right path in the server industry. I hope this company looks at this review and sees what a shining star they have working with them. Also, as for the cooks, applaud them as well. Everything was cook to perfection and not even a hair out of place. Even the presentation of the food reminded me of going to Hell's Kitchen. I dont know what team they had tonight but absolutely amazing work guys. Nothing to improve with the visit we had. We actually might come back! Hope to get Patricia again everytime we come! It won't let me post pictures for some reason but woohoo!

Had a terrible, terrible experience. First off, they said there was no draft beer but people were getting it from the oyster bar. That should’ve been the first red flag. The food was freaking horrific. I paid $43 for two dozen oysters, ordered them chargrilled, and they came out cold like they’d been sitting in the back all night which makes sense in the insane wait time.
And to top it off, they dropped the oysters at the exact same time as my entrée… All cold and so now I’ve got two dozen oysters and a full plate of food all at once. Makes zero sense. It took an act of Congress just to flag down our server anytime we needed anything. I wont even talk about how tiny the oysters were would’ve been ashamed to serve them.
What makes it worse is I love Honor, Rocky, Josh, and Jake, and I normally splurge at least once a week to come here. But after that absolute crap fest and how shitty the food was, it’ll be a hell of a long time before I throw away $200 there again. Do better.

THANK YOU DCP!
Arrived a little after 5:00 on a Friday night and there was already a 30-45 minute wait for a two top. Fortune smiled upon us though as there were a couple of seats at the bar which was first come first serve. The first of many good things to come.
We started with a dozen char grilled oysters which were my least favorite of the things we ordered, but still a solid 4 out of 5. I came to learn that their specialities are baked oysters with a variety of toppings so next trip we’ll dip into those waters.
Had a good local brew in a can, wife knocked back some sort of creamy frozen cocktail that she loved.
Entrees were the lobster and shrimp and grits, and the fish and crawfish étouffée. My fish choice was blackened grouper. Both had the Gouda/tasso grits. Both dishes planted you firmly in flavor town and I couldn’t have been happier. Until we got dessert.
There were a couple of options that caught our eye but landed on the bread pudding. It was the best I’ve had in my 5 plus decades on this planet. Moist, almost custard texture all the way through and simply delicious.
We had leftover everything except oysters and the bill with 3 drinks barely broke $100 before tip.
Staff from hostesses to servers to bus boys to expediters to bartenders were all pleasant and attentive, especially given how busy it was.
Special shout to our bartender Jake who represents the spot well.
Clientele was a solid mix of transients and locals given the familiarity I saw.
Everyone genuinely seemed happy which says a lot; “old school” hospitality industry performance which we appreciated.
A must stop in my mind for PCB.
