  Just got a burrito and quesadilla from this location and both items were soaking wet. Couldn’t even pick them up without the tortillas disintegrating. The burrito was literally in a pool of liquid straight out of the wrapper is was disgusting. I’d give 0 stars if I could. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

  This location needs to get their act together. Whoever the general manager is, this is to you. Stop allowing your staff to short people on food. If we order something online, whether it be through the app or through a delivery service, you are REQUIRED to update or cancel the order if the store has run out of said item. You cannot legally collect money and provide the customer with less food. This store is conducting theft from its customers and from delivery services whom they have massive contracts with. When you collect money from let’s say DoorDash for an order, then short the order because you ran out, but fail to update the order or cancel, you are committing theft. Cease that action immediately. I have already informed all of the delivery services and your corporate office. Secondly, clean your restaurant. It’s filthy. You have tons of comments on here speaking about how dirty your location is, and it’s NOT an exaggeration. This is the filthiest Chipotle I’ve ever seen in my life. The kitchen, the floors, the work stations, the guest tables, FILTHY. Coated with black grime and grease, trash and debree all over the floors. A deep cleaning has very obviously not been conducted in years. And that’s just the kitchen. The utensil station, always filthy and caked with grease. The soda nozzles, filthy. That area smells horrid and the soda machine smells like it hasn’t been taken apart EVER. It’s a violation of the health code to have your restaurant in this condition, and it’s a direct contrast to the standard that Chipotle holds its other stores to. Now to service. You hire nothing but teenagers. They have no sense or urgency, no work ethic, and are constantly screwing around when there’s a line to the door. I once stood in a FOUR PERSON line for 30 minutes, while the kids on the line jerked around and stirred rice. That’s not an overestimation. It took half an hour and no one was doing anything but talking to each other. Why is there never an adult manger on site? You’ve got teenagers running the line, and you have a night “manager” who answers your phone and says “hello” like it’s her cell phone. It’s all completely out of line. This is my message to the GM. Why is your store run like this? Who is holding you accountable? I hope the area manager see’s this and takes action. Because as you can see, we’re all tired of the condition of this store. Never in my entire life have I seen a Chipotle so mismanaged. Figure it out.

  The food is delicious I prefer to order out instead of in. But their food is always delicious to me.

  Third time in a row I got stale chips and hard rice. Really sucks cause I normally love a chipotle and have a gluten allergy so the gluten free queso is awesome . You are the only one in PC please get it together . Should not take 35 minutes to get food with only one person ahead in line either . No sense of urgency .

  So. Answer this. Why would anyone please queso in the bottom of the bag? Why would anyone do this? I guess it's the education system here in Florida. Or Bay County at that. My car is now messed up along with my clothes. There is queso everywhere, on me and my partner's clothing, in my car, on my seats! And the bowl is wrong! Does anyone want to actually do the job they sign up for anymore? Not to mention the queso was mixed in with the corn salsa! Like How Sway?!?!?! This is a mess! And upset isn't even the word for this madness.
