  We went to Carrabba’s in Panama City Beach for dinner after our father passed away, and the experience meant more to us than we can express. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was cozy, warm, and inviting. Our waitress, Morgan, brought much-needed laughter during a very hard time, and her kindness truly stood out. The young man who brought our food was compassionate and respectful, and the manager took the time to come speak with us, which meant a lot. The food was wonderful, but it was the genuine care from the staff that made the night comforting for our family.

  Nicole was a fantastic server—attentive, very friendly, and she made us feel incredibly welcome. Additionally, the food arrived hot and fresh. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back to see Nicole again soon.

  We came in as a party of 8. Morgan was our server for this visit. The dining room was freezing cold when we arrived. Someone did turn the ac up or the heat on, whichever. Our server seemed to have the entire dining room. With little or no help from the team. We waited for our drinks. My coffee and my wife's wine took an extended time to get them to the table. If the server had help. We would of had our drinks sooner. We ordered our meals, and again our server had no help! The meals slowly came out. It looked like the manager(a gray haired lady in a sweater) was too busy drinking and talking on the line. The restaurant was not busy. It was around 6pm on a Sunday night. Or server was great! The food was ok. The atmosphere, meh. The team work was non existent. The server asked us to not say anything to the manager. I believe she is worried about the manager retaliating against her. Please look into this matter. Maybe this is why the place want busy on a Sunday evening.

  Decided to try this place while staying in the area on vacation. The bread they serve with the spices a must try. Tomato basil soup a must try. Mama Mandola's Sicilian Chicken Soup a must try. Rigatoni Campagnolo very delicious Carrabba's Italian Classics must try Fettuccine Alfredo must try. Parmesan Truffle Fries delicious All our servers amazing very nice helpful with ordering. Definitely will add to restaurant list of spots to go back on Fl vacations. (Bad at pics need to work on that presentation.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Carrabba’s Italian Grill – Panama City Beach Came for dinner, stayed for the experience. 😂 First of all, Morgan, our server, deserves her own fan club. Sweet, attentive, patient, and somehow able to keep smiling while we asked for very specific pasta instructions like, “Fettuccine Carrabba… but absolutely NO peas or mushrooms—this is not a suggestion.” She nailed it. The Toscana pasta was rich, creamy, and comforting in a “why don’t I eat this every week?” kind of way. The Fettuccine Carrabba (no peas, no mushrooms) was perfection—proof that listening is a true art form. Shoutout to Chandra the bartender, who clearly understands that drinks are not just beverages but emotional support in a glass. 🍸 Flawless. And then there’s the manager—truly amazing. Present, professional, kind, and she was on top of everything in a way that makes you feel like you’re eating at a place that actually cares. Bottom line: great food, great people, great vibes. We laughed, we ate very well, and we’ll absolutely be back
