I’m a regular and almost always order the same drink, rarely switching it up, because when it’s made right, it’s amazing. Unfortunately, lately my experience hasn’t been as consistent as it used to be. Over the past few visits, my drink has been made incorrectly more often than not missing ingredients, added flavors I didn’t ask for, or something just being off. For the past two nights in a row, I’ve also noticed employee cars sitting in the drive-thru line, not waiting on an order, but instead with employees grouped together in the car or the car sitting empty. Even after getting my drink tonight and running to a store passing 7brew i still saw them there with cars patiently waiting behind them. I watched the girl that was working at the time get out of the white passenger car to get in her car that was right behind the White car both driving around the building to go back in the line. Last night, when I went to pick up my drinks, one of them was completely forgotten. Most of the employees were gathered around a car, while only one employee was left to handle making drinks on her own. It was clear she was overwhelmed, and that wasn’t fair to her or to the customers. I truly love Seven Brew and want to keep coming back, because this place has been a go-to for me for a long time. I just hope to see better consistency, teamwork, and attention to customers moving forward, because I know how great this place can be when things are running the way they should.
