  Ordered take out and picked up inside. Ordered two of the burger orders with extra patty on them. When I got home both burgers were without the extra burger patty which I paid extra for. Reached out to restaurant but have heard nothing back. My suggestion is if you order anything extra make sure you have it before you leave to make sure you get what you paid for.

  People are walking out because nobody will come to take an order at 4:00P.M. on Friday. They need to close the doors for good, workers just look at you and then look down, they were NOT busy either, just not willing to do their job, No service was given.

  I wasn’t even going to put a review in even though my experience was poor. I placed my order at 11:25 AM pulled up to the drive-through at noon with one vehicle in front of me. Waited behind him for almost 10 minutes for him to get pulled up after he hit the window and then I sit in that drive-through for another five minutes waiting on my order just to get an order, that’s not correct. My burgers were special request added sub track things and they didn’t even make my burgers correctly. The people you have running the store walk around like they have no sense of urgency and ask the guest at the speaker to hold cause clearly they can’t multitask in hand food out the window and take an order. I was only one of two in the drive-through I have not eaten at checkers in Months due to the horrible service and the last time I ate at checkers, my boyfriend and I both got sick off of the beef patty that clearly wasn’t beef and looked like the cheapest type of frozen burgers you could get out of Walmart and tasted like it too, the sandwiches I got today, have broken buns, stale, and are not made the way that I ordered them. You will not steal any more of my money. I hope you actually do something about your under performing employees.

  Placed an online pickup order. Arrived at the location and it was pretty run down and the parking lot was very dirty. The parking lot set up is very weird. To park, you have to go around the outside of the drive thru and back to where you started because of the angled spots. All of the standard parking spots were occupied and the others were drive thru numbered spots. We had a few cars in front of us in the drive thru. The wait time for each car wasn't too terribly long, but I think part of it was the wait for them to actually take your order. When we pulled to the speaker they told us they would be with us in a moment. It took a few minutes and we let them know we were there for a pickup order. She told us to pull around and come in. We ended up having to park in a drive thru spot and had to wait in line inside to let them know we had a pick up order. Our order consisted of two burgers, so nothing crazy that should take long. The food was great, but I'm sure it would have been much better warm. Inside wasnt busy so I'm not sure who all the cars belonged to (employees possibly), there were only two other groups of two inside. Overall, I'm not sure if the language barrier caused the issue (had to repeat ourselves several times) or if they were short staffed, or new employees. *Moral of the story if you don't want to read all of that: I do not recommend online ordering if you are in a hurry. Just go in and order your food, and just know that it will probably take a bit that way too.

  Worst checkers experience ever. My fries looked like scraps from the bottom of the grease and I got one patty and a cup of mayo on my burger. I did go back and they remade it better but this was so awful. The girl at the window was nice though.
