  After leaving the beach on a beautiful Sunday, I went into top golf to eat some nachos. I loved the nachos from here the last time I was in town and I wanted to enjoy them Today. However, this lady named Kristina was there. Her shirt was red so I assumed she was management. She begin to explain to me that the new nachos are much better and she wasn’t sure how I even enjoyed the previous orders. I told her for my pallet I don’t like a lot of soggy chips. She then said you must not eat out a lot then. Like what. I was so offended. I said I didn’t want anything else after I ordered a Top Chef margarita and since I didn’t have the chance to drink it, I said I was leaving. She snatched the drink through it in the sink very aggressively and said please leave. This is unheard of. I was alone, at the bar and was made to feel like I did something wrong. As I walked out everyone looked at me as if I was the one in fault. Shame on Top Golf for allowing this kind of emotionally unstable behavior to administer other employees. I had my birthday party here last year and I am now pissed I even gave this company any business. This is her walking away from me after I asked her what the issue was. I won’t ever be back and I will also tell everyone I know not to go. Horrible management.

  I have been a loyal TopGolf guest for many years and have brought many family and friends to different TopGolf locations and had enjoyed good experiences and services, except this location at Panama City Beach. The quality of this facility is not as nice as other locations, the lady’s restroom on the first floor wasn’t even working. We waited for 90 mins to get a bay and table, and the food took a long time to be served. We didn’t really mind the slow service because we understand it’s busy time. However, when the manager, Michael Benoit came to our table about 15 mins after we finished the game time and were still eating our food since it was served late, he told us to leave when we were still eating. Because he brought over another group of guests to take our table. He was very rude and didn’t care about the service being super slow, just wanted the us to eat quick, pay the bill and leave quick. When I talked to him privately about my concerns, he wasn’t even apologetic at all. If he was the guest, pay to play with time limits, but food don’t get served in time, I am wondering how would he feel when he is told to leave without finishing his food!!!!!

  If you follow my reviews you know I typically don’t write bad ones. However, this Topgolf location was abismal. This review is not for the “entertainment” portion, which was quite fun. My kids enjoyed it. Rather, it is for the fact that overall management, front-of-house and back-of-house is lousy. Server attention was lacking, with unusually long periods of time between check ups. This led to the lack of drinks. You could visibly tell that the wait staff was unsupported in their roles and frustrated with management. Secondly, the back-of-house obviously cannot properly order their delivery truck. The result was over half the menu being unavailable to customers, which was not explained to those who reserved and paid for bays until after the fact. Dishonest business practice at best. They had no buns therefore, for some reason, they refused to sell burgers (half the menu). But for some reason they could sell chicken sandwiches with buns. This made absolutely no sense. They had no regular pizza crust which eliminated another significant portion of the menu. In my opinion, this would result in some reprimands for the management. No solutions offered to stock the restaurant adequately. Given that we were there after open I can only assume the wait staff will suffer terribly in tips while having to tell customers “we are out of this and that”. Finally, you could tell that they must have been dangerously close to being out of chicken as well. The sandwich came with a noticeably lacking piece of chicken, half a chicken breast. My thoughts overall, Go for the fun and eat lunch before you arrive. Better safe than sorry.

  If I could give it 0 stars I would. I called right away and 9 and was told that we could put in the comments to be on the same floor with our family. When we arrived we are on a completely different floor from our group. Super disappointing. Customer service was not helpful or sympathetic at all
