  I ordered a 12” sub and asked for the 2 halves to be wrapped separately. When the server started wrapping the sub together I reminded him I needed 2 halves. He then told me if he wrapped it in 2 he would have to charge me for two 6” sandwiches. (Another $4-$5). Oh no! I grabbed the sandwich from him and started to wrap the pieces separately. He picked up everything and threw the sub away. Then he told me the reason he had to charge for 2 subs is because they inventory and count every piece of wrapping paper. That just made me madder because I know he was lying. I asked for his name and a number I could call to complain. He just kept saying he was calling the police. I kept on asking him to call because the police would give me his name. I admit I was pissed! I am still pissed 12 days later because I have complained 3-4 times online and requested someone reach out to me directly. Maybe they are too busy counting wrapping papers to call. I have relayed my experience at this particular Subway to dozens and dozens of friends and coworkers. And I crumbled up a whole bunch of the wrapping papers to mess up the “inventory”. Yup..I was hot! And I ended up going home and making ham and cheese sandwiches for our outing.

  Unfortunately I had one of the worst experiences ever at a Subway restaurant at this location. I asked for a refund of my mobile order because my confirmation indicated it would be ready at 2:10 p.m. but as I sat in front of the location and watched several team members of a softball team trickle in, the Subway representative told me that I would have to wait for my order because they were here first. She was still taking orders from the team members as I was standing there waiting for my sandwich. I asked for a refund, as I needed to get back to the field to watch my own daughter play. I also asked for the manager's name and she would not give that information to me. She loud- talked to me in front of all the other patrons and stated she does not like when customers just don't understand. I understand the stressors that come with providing service to a group of patrons at one time, but her service towards me was totally unnecessary and unprofessional.

  I had a very disappointing experience on December 11, 2025, at approximately 8:30 PM. The Jamaican employee on duty spoke to us in an unprofessional manner, telling us to make a decision or “just call it a day.” Her attitude and approach lacked courtesy and proper customer service. I plan to follow up with corporate regarding this incident.

  I absolutely love this subway! Everytime I go in it is so clean and the service is friendly. Sandwiches are always clean cut, carefully made and not messy.
