Staff was great, unfortunately the food was terrible. Had much higher expectations and was severely let down. My spouses food was cold, my daughters chicken tenders had a weird taste. My son and I ordered the crab legs at $42 a pound and it was the worse crab I have ever had. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but for an over $200 dinner I would have expected semi decent. The crab had an off taste and was rubbery and over cooked, and cold by time I started eating it. The fish that came with the meal for my spouse was dry and over cooked, and his crab cakes were rubbery. I don’t know if they had an off night, but I wont be returning.

Go for the drinks and atmosphere. The food, don't expect anything special. My grilled red fish tacos were, probably the worst thing I've eaten at a restaurant in a long long time. I mean I can't remember a worst meal. The flour tortillas were either old or overcooked but completely dry. The fish was so overcooked, like completely dry, cilantro cream didn't even make it into the taco. Lettuce, tomato and cheese similar to a taco bell taco. Wish I would have went there instead actually. Look, I'm willing to pay for decent quality meal but for the price, expected better. Even my 9 year old son who is not picky said his fried grouper tacos were dry. He enjoyed the playground boat outside though. Waitress was great. Service was great, music, all good. Great spot just needs some Gordon Ramsey treatment. But the place is packed so maybe no incentive for better quality control.

We were invited here with friends who are familiar with the place. The service was decent. The waiter forgot my mustard, but returned and I had time to ask again before my Fish Sadwich went cold. The drinks were kept full. Our wait for our meal was not excessive. The server was courteous and friendly-ish. The Grouper sandwich was Ok. Thats it. Breaded and Deep fried fish on a commercial hamburger bun, with lettuce tomato pickles and onion. We had Gator Bites and Fried Pickles for Appetizers. The Gator bites were on the small side, and fried till a bit dark, but ok. The fried pickles were a touch under done and very light. Not browned at all, which made them a bit soft and greasy. Its a beach view and you eat on the covered deck, or, sit at the old Tiki Bar in the middle. They have 15,000 square feet of deck along the beach. They have Volly Ball courts on the beach. You can walk down to the water if you wish. It was ok, but I dont see a return trip planned any time soon. I was less than impressed. Our local Hardware store has a deli. For real. Its $7.99 fish dandwich compares to and I feel is superior to the $27 one from sharkys. Good Ole Sharky prob woulda focused more on quality perhaps. But, what do you want when every restaurant on the road buys off the same 3 trucks.

We went at a time when it was really busy and had a hotel that was already on the beach. So experience would be different at a non busy time or if a family was going there to eat, drink, listen to music, have a good pace to park, play on the beach, and have access to water. We walked to the beach from our hotel, got on the wait list, and played volleyball until sunset. My son was excited to try gator bites which he learned he did not like, but I do not put that one on them. The drink I tried was okay but did not nee another one as it wasn't great. Entertainment was a live country band. We went there hoping the food would be the hero and it just wasn't in our case. So if you want to go for the whole package it offers a lot.

We ate at the restaurant 04/04/26 and it was extremely expensive for what I got. I ordered the Redfish Antigua and it was a very small strip of blackened redfish on top of a spoonful of mashed potatoes. It tasted good but was 100% not worth $30 the sweet tea was so bad I changed it to a sprite it was definitely not sweet tea. We also waited 45 to be seated. The only thing good about this trip was the appetizer. Which was Alligator bites and they were honestly phenomenal but I wouldn’t pay $20 for it again there were only 10 nuggets so I didnt really any sense in paying $20 for it.
