  Our food was great,I had the Oysters, they were fresh delicious 😋 my husband had the crusted, parmesan grouper cook to perfection. On the way out we stopped at the gift shop we had picking a few gift in our hand the lights go out as we are shopping, I told my son let's check out, the girls said the till is closed, terrible service rude like we are invisible, she should have given us heads up or customer service us to make the last purchase before she closed the till, worse customer service I have ever experienced very rude.

  I have no idea how this chef has elevated to this level but OMG, with every penny. If you order a large drink, you get the stupid plastic cup with a straw in it, but the food is on par with the best that you can find in downtown Chicago. Absolutely amazing Cobia and crab claws, unreal redfish with a spice that lets you know it's there but doesn't overwhelm, and grouper that does more than "doesn't disappoint". Shockingly good. What a surprise, and worth the stop. 10/10. Wow.

  Visited PCB for a friends bachelorette party, half of us accidentally ate at Runaway Island twice! We went for lunch and LOVED it, and then found out later our dinner reservations were there for that evening. This review is about our evening service, it was absolutely outstanding. Christian was our server and he was so nice and fun! Of 8 girls 7 of us have food allergies and one has a severe seafood allergy. He handled our table with care and concern, he made multiple trips to the kitchen to confirm allergen ingredient lists and request changes. I used to be a server and I know that can be difficult to get the kitchens attention, especially during dinner service. The food was delicious and if I ever find myself in PCB again I'll be back!

  First time in PCB and this restaurant was our first option to try out, GREAT choice! We were greeted with a friendly smile and also our server Nattissia was very friendly, professional and respectful. She gave us different options and recommendations, always checked on us in a timely manner even when it got busier. The view by the ocean was perfect! we sat outside to see the sunset. The food was delicious, a little pricey but worth it. The only thing is that they only have limited toilets for such a huge place and you have to wait a bit. They have live music which I truly enjoy, overall very satisfied with Runaway Island!

  I just moved to Panama Beach and the food was amazing. The atmosphere was amazing, but my server Mia talked more about her dog And chose to give me no sides for me and my fiancé and charge us for salads instead of telling us you can’t substitute the salads and we would’ve got BOTH. The receipt literally says no side and charges us for salad. I don’t mind being charged, but you’re supposed to tell me that I have a side included with my 25 dollar meal like ?????? and can you believe she told me to read the menu she should do her job how about that instead of talking about her dog and her new house and pulling her phone out? . I’ve been in the industry since I was 15 years old I’m 29. She should not be a server. She’s a shark and the manager didn’t do anything about it. CRAZY!!! I’m so excited to come back there. Since I live right across now. Still confused why they couldn’t even at least give me a side of black beans and rice that I paid for wild Well, looking forward to seeing you guys again but this time with no tip remember our faces 😆
