  Seated straight away but didn’t see a server for over 30 mins. Drinks took another 15 to arrive and it was not very busy. Service was extremely slow and poor. Food was terrible. Had additional items on check that hadn’t ever been brought out and after 30 mins of waiting to pay the check had to go in to the bar side and ask someone else to make the changes and run it. The worst run Margaritaville ever. Cayman / Hawaii absolutely amazing in comparison.

  This is almost always my first stop when I'm in town. The food is great, the servers are always so sweet and the view is the cherry on top! Miss Gabby was our server this past time around and made us feel very welcome and taken care of. She juggled tables and orders like nobody's business and we hope to see her again next time we're here!

  Brutal service. Forgot my drink order 3 times. Food took over an hour and forgot my food order. Then after I got my burger an hour later they never brought my salad. Brought my wife a salad and then not the dressing for 20 more minutes. Another person at our table asked for a ranch and got it 30 min later when food was done. Not one apology for mistakes or wait time which was the most frustrating. 6 of us Only had 1 drink each because we knew it wouldn’t come if we ordered another.

  Margaritaville in Panama City was a fun experience. Prices are high, which is to be expected of a vacation restaurant across the street from the ocean. But the food was all good and as expected. They had live music on Monday night, and the singer was a lot of fun. She even came around to the dinner tables to get a little closer. It was my son‘s 18th birthday, but they didn’t offer any free dessert or to come out to sing to him. That was a little bit of a bummer after spending $115 for four people for dinner.

  This was a frustrating dining experience from start to finish. We waited roughly 45 minutes just to receive our appetizer, and then about 1 hour and 15 minutes for our actual meal. That kind of delay would be hard to overlook even if the food had been outstanding, but unfortunately it was not. The fish came out dry, rubbery, and overcooked, with the kind of texture that makes it obvious it sat too long or was poorly prepared. For that amount of waiting, the food should have been far better than what we were served. The main redeeming part of the experience was our waitress. She was kind, attentive, and did a great job keeping our drinks refilled the entire time, which honestly helped keep the experience from being a total disaster. She did what she could, and I do not put the blame on her. Still, good service from one person can only carry a meal so far when the kitchen is moving at a crawl and the food quality does not justify the wait. Overall, this felt like a place leaning heavily on atmosphere and name recognition while missing the basics that actually matter: timely service and properly prepared food. I wanted to like it, but between the excessive wait times and disappointing meal, this one just did not deliver.
