  Not a good experience! We paid big money for the event room. Waitress was great but manager very rude. Don’t go hungry, because you may or may not get your food, and that’s after you have to fight for it. Not a fan! Save your money!

  Our server, Katie, was wonderful. Very attentive and kept our drinks full. Katie deserves 5 stars. She was very apologetic for all the issues we had. Our play time was 6:30-8:30 in a private event room. We had a big issue with receiving our food we ordered. We ordered our food at 6:50, and didn’t get all of our meals until 8:45. That was after our waitress asked the kitchen where our food was multiple times, and us talking to the manager, Troy, multiple times when he came to us. It was ridiculous how long it look our party to receive our meals. Basically a two hour wait for half of our party to receive food. The manager, Troy, was not very apologetic and had an attitude. He told us several times that the rest of our food would be up “super quick”, yet one tray of food would come every 25 minutes, maybe. That’s not super quick. At 8, I asked our server, Katie, if we would be able to stay a little longer in our bay since half our people didn’t have their food yet and would still need time to eat. She was great and stood up for us to get 30 extra minutes when management wanted us to still leave at 8:30. We paid a pretty penny to have the private event room, so we appreciated the extra 30 minutes for our food to be delivered and have time to eat. One person in our group couldn’t have the corn on the nachos for dietary reasons, and he even made two of our people pick through their nachos because he said there was no corn in them, where he was proven wrong- there was corn, and then he tried to cover up his mistake by lying and saying the queso contained corn. Well there was no corn on my queso fries, no corn in the chips and queso dip we ordered, and corn is listed as a separate ingredient on the menu. He clearly lied once he realized he was wrong in accusing our people that there was no corn in those nachos. Completely inappropriate in how he handled that. When my husband complained about us still not having our food at 8:30, Troy also gave him attitude. Although frustrating, we could have dealt with the food being late, especially with us being able to stay 30 minutes later to allow time to eat once our food did arrive, and with how apologetic our waitress was. But the attitude of Troy and how he handled everything was so unprofessional- definitely not management material and made our night end on a bad note. My husband asked to speak to a different manager about the situation, and that manager did end up taking money off of our bill, which we did appreciate.

  Excellent experience. Keshean was very attentive. He made our whole experience great. The facility was very clean and all of the staff were so pleasant. We had so much fun. The food was really good... kudos to the kitchen.

  Had 3 good experiences prior. This last time was a serious bogey. Rules inconsistent " behind the redline, include chairs and person equally " Food and drink service lacking; Food late and no showed. Inadequate seating for 6, when you scheduled 6. Getting a left handed club is almost impossible, no tee for left handed players as well. Waitess, Heliah is all excuses.

  The only reason I gave a single star on Atmosphere is that when you have a group larger than 6 there is no where to sit, so you have to stand behind your group have a miserable time and dont order any food and expect to have any place to sit and eat , your no!!!! If they had some type of long table tip behind the seating and a few bar type chairs then it would be alot better experience!!! So dont come with more than 5 adults and expect to have seating and or a place to have food!!! Thanks
