  Great fun. Great service. Lynda was an amazing server. The person at the front counter could use a bit more training. The reservation system said to indicate special requests (ie wheelchair use). I noted there was a wheelchair. We went in and were assigned a bay but it definitely was not wheelchair friendly. Not sure how she missed my large electric chair. Lynda contacted facilities and they arrived quickly and set it up for us. Once that was done, it was great. Just be careful. Drinks are very pricey and there are no prices listed on the menu.

  We came midday on a Monday, with a reservation. Got to our bay on time, server was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the different games available to play. We just got appetizers which were good. We really enjoyed it and it was the perfect off the beach experience. Very convenient location.

  We had arranged for 90 minutes of golf starting at 11:00. They sent me a text with the bay number we would be playing in, so my wife my son and myself walked into the bay. Our server Jensen asked us a few questions and went over some of the safety protocol. I noticed our screen was not working but anything of it at the time. My son and I decide to play a little practice round so I again didn't think much of the screen not working. After about 30 minutes we decide to play one of their games and I see the screen is still not working. I looked down at all of the other bays and everybody screen was working but ours. I brought it to the server's attention and he sent two tech guys to come fix it. An hour later they offer a different lane, no billable game time, just my food and drinks. The manager said play however long you want to it's on us. So we played for the hour that we lost. The server Jensen is great and his manager Forest was also extremely helpful. They apologized and made sure we had a great afternoon, which we did. No doubt I will head back with the stellar service they gave us for our first trip. They did fix the screen but to make sure it wouldn't mess up again they put us in another lane.

  1 Star Review – Extremely Disappointed in the Service and Management I’m very disappointed with my experience at Topgolf Panama City. The service was absolutely awful from start to finish. Our server, Shamoya, was inattentive and unprofessional — we didn’t even know her name until the entire situation escalated and we had to ask for a manager. As someone who has worked in management and customer service for years, I was shocked at how poorly the situation was handled. The female manager who came over was completely unapologetic, unprofessional, and lacked basic empathy. Instead of trying to understand or resolve the issue, she immediately accused our group of being disrespectful and cursing at staff — which was absolutely untrue. We were treated as if we were the problem when all we wanted was decent service and communication. It’s especially disappointing because we’re locals and were genuinely excited about having Topgolf open here in Panama City. Unfortunately, this experience left a really bad impression. I hope upper management takes this feedback seriously because the current level of service and professionalism is far below what’s expected from a brand like Topgolf.

  Where do we even begin? We spoke with the manager and felt it was important to share— EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW! This is the guy you want helping you! We’re from Texas and big fans of Top-golf, but this was by far the best experience we've ever had! Robert Garcia was our Serving Pro—and let me tell you, this guy was AWESOME. My husband, brother, and brother-in-law all said that next time we come back, he's the only one they're asking for. Robert knew his job inside and out. He had the best personality, a real "guys' guy," and you could tell he was an athlete. He knew the sport and was able to hold a great conversation. He made the whole night fun, smooth, and unforgettable. You don’t come across people like him very often. All of us lady's said this guy made us feel like family! Even my husband—who’s usually a tough critic—won’t stop raving about the night we had. We’re already back home, and he’s still talking about it. He even said, “If that guy ever needs a job, I’d hire him in a second.” Topgolf, you are lucky to have him. It’s always easier to leave a complaint than a compliment, but this time we had to say something. Robert Garcia is a classy dude and truly made our vacation. Thank you, Robert, for giving us a night to remember!
