Im not sure what my party of 4 did besides try ordering drinks that we were not told were unavailable that would cause rude interaction from her. Maybe it was just a bad day, however, its very disheartening to pay the high prices and be met with snappy and short interactions while we were nothing but kind. We felt rushed the last 25 minutes of our paid time, and she kept coming over to see if we were done. My husband and I will likely be back, but we will certainly ask for a different server.

Was told it would be 30 minutes to an hour before we got to play. We have been a few times before when it was actually crowded and went straight to a bay and played. Makes no sense when they only been open for 15 minutes and not crowded.

It was Valentine’s Day and my daughter and her boyfriend wanted to take me and my husband out, we had an issue with our time so we reached out. Brent the manager handled our situation as if it was his only concern, and believe me, TG was PACKED! our food was great, nachos and pretzel bites, service was on point and of course the game was great, I can’t thank Brent, Big Mike and Lyric, our very efficient server that has a pep in her step enough.We had a fantastic night!
