  Mexican Pizza is my fav. Heidi in the drive-thru is always so respectful & happy. She is always cheerful. 5 Stars to her wonderful attitude!

  It’s peak season. Hire competent people who don’t take 20 minutes to take the orders and make the food. Pretty simple.

  They missed up my friend’s order who has a dairy and meat allergy which affects her heart health. I ordered the Black BEAN Crunchwrap supreme for her which was approved as one of the options per her doctor. As she works very long hours and does not have the time to cook all the time and she was given options for a few restaurants nearby. They gave us a Crunchwrap supreme which though similar one clearly states black BEANS to which there were none only meat. Those are two completely separate items. Just careless! I don’t care about the service truthfully. I would hate to work at Taco Bell too I’m sure the pay is low like with any dead end fast food job (standard but sad). However I do care about my order being correct! That being said as someone who has Traveled both in and out of state all Taco Bell employees in the States are unhappy typically is the common issue on the day to day for most consumers. Which means that it’s a management issue and a company issue for low employee morale. Therefore the company is the PROBLEM NOT the staff. Also pay your employees more maybe if you did they would be more happy to work there then. Your a multi billion dollar company having incorrect orders so frequently across multiple locations local and international is SAD and PATHETIC. Also the owner can save their response! Talk is cheap so doing something about the issues instead of replying. Also improve sanitation and safety codes.Thanks! P.S. I have also found hair in my food from this establishment at two different locations neither of which I returned too but this was the last straw!

  we placed a mobile order, our quesadilla had pieces of hair in every slice. we called to make a complaint and asked to get a new one and the lady on the phone said that was fine and to just bring the quesadilla back . we got there and the manager told us that we could not get a refund and told my friend that she had an “attitude “ with her, and we ended up having to pay full prize, even though they were the one who messed up our order.

  My family and I are from Illinois and the service and food was way better than where we come from.Workers are very nice.I ordered my favorite cookie confetti slushy if that's what it's called and at home they are made way to sweet mine didn't look or taste right and I didn't even ask to have it redone but the girl noticed right away that it just wasn't right and offered to remake it which would have never happened at home I would have had to stand there and for a good 10 minutes and hope a worker would come to the counter or I would have to hollar to them.I will definitely be back over and over
