- BRBarry RogersNov 19, 20251.0I was very disappointed when I ordered my sandwich, went through the process and presented a coupon at payment and was told “we don’t accept Subway coupons. So instead of paying $10, I ended up paying almost $18 for a footlong sub. The owner has every right not to honor coupons but it should be posted on the entry door that they don’t take coupons. When I was told this, no emotion, apologies…nothing. I will not be visiting this store again. Why would I go here when I could go to another Subway that does honor coupons. I’m glad to be a customer, but enjoy getting a break on costs when I can use a coupon. Sounds like I’m whining but I was just put off having to pay double of what I expected. I’m still irritated!
