Also told me that people that place online are jerks and messed up on my kids food didn’t give me any of the milks or anything for the kid meals. Didn’t feel like dealing with it so I left after getting what I got. Messed up and made me want to get food from somewhere else

The woman who works there has one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered in customer service. She never greets you, doesn’t smile, doesn’t say “thank you” or “have a nice day,” and half the time she’s looking off somewhere else while you’re talking to her. It feels like you’re bothering her just by ordering a sandwich. Another customer I overheard had the exact same complaint — she comes across as cold, unfriendly, and completely uninterested in her job. It makes the whole interaction uncomfortable and unwelcoming. On top of the poor service, the food quality has gone downhill. The bread was so tough it was literally like jerky, which completely ruined the sandwich. For a place that advertises “fresh,” that’s the last word I’d use to describe it. Overall, between the rude service and the bad food, I would not recommend this Subway. There are plenty of other places that actually appreciate their customers and serve better quality food.
