  By far the worse Dairy Queen I have ever patronized. The first time I went through the drive thru and waiting at the speaker for 10 minutes was told that "she would get to me when she can." So, I left and figured I'd try again another day. Today, I went there to try it again, but inside. Stood at counter for 4-5 minutes before one of the 3 employees even recognized me. Apparently, the woman at the counter tried to overcharge me for my banana split. Then, another guy came over and couldn't figure it out. Neither one of these employees said a word to me. I did get my order 10 minute slater but forgot part of the order. I ask the 3 employees whether they even wanted any custmers. The manager got nasty with me and said I would have to leave and that he would refund me money! Oh, the store is dirty and disarray. I would not go back just because of this fact. I will never go back because this is not just a "bad day" but more of a culture of incompetence and not giving a damn. Maybe the owner or corporate will catch on to the poor status of this store.

  We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 Blizzards and a Pup Cup. The speaker or enunciation of the team member terrible, we could not understand anything. We get to the window and attempt to have the DQ promo card scanned, I was told it was too late and I needed to be faster at telling him. That’s fine I can respect that. The gentleman has a slight attitude but I get it, customer service sucks. He quickly flips the blizzards and hand them to us, I ask about the pup cup, I clearly inconvenienced the gentleman. I looked down at one of the blizzards and it appeared to be soft, I replicated the gentlemen’s flip and the contents of the cup immediately plopped out, because it was melted. The gentleman got upset and that the blizzard plopped out of the cup, aggressively told us to pull forward and he would fix it. He then came out a tossed a receipt at me and said “I refunded your order” and walked away. Terrible service on this visit, we visit this location frequently and never experienced a team member act or respond like this.

  Tiniest "chicken fingers" I've ever seen, then one of my 3.2 chicken fingers, lol of course the biggest ones, was one of the spicy flamethrower strips ( not a nice surprise, I can't do spicy because of heartburn.) Then my gravy was so cold it literally had little chunks in it where it was bunching up from the cold. I don't leave many negative reviews, but man fast food is getting too expensive to be sending out food like this. This location used to be great, but over the past year or two it's just gone down a bit. About like most things, the more expensive it gets the less the quality gets.

  Walked in at 11:27am, Walked out at over 30 minutes later with a refund and no food. The manager stated "it's unfortunate but it happens. That should be the new Dairy Queen slogan. "Dairy Queen, it's unfortunate....but it happens ".

  We had a fabulous visit to this DQ! Danielle took our online order and custom made my Dad's banana split to perfection! She is the nicest person! Excellent customer service! Our entire order was delicious and perfectly prepared. Highly recommend this DQ....the soft serve vanilla is so yummy! Keep up the good work Danielle and the rest of your wonderful team. We will be back to visit again soon!
