- KVKaycee ValcourtJan 2, 20261.0This was by far the worst experience we have had at this location. I wasn’t upset that they were out of certain things, such as steak. We waited until it was cooked. They were almost out of other things like beans. That was fine too. When we went to check out, they were out of chips for the kids meals that our girls ordered. They had large bags of chip at the register. I asked them to make small bags with the large bag since she was out. She refused and said that we can opt to not get a side if we didn’t want fruit. We ended up just buying the large bag for our girls. 100% the only reason I gave it a one star was because of the lady that checked us out at the register.

Whether it’s a long line or short line, they are time manageable, listen well, polite, and my bowl always taste soooo good. Props to them for even under pressure moments, keeping calm cool and collected. I was in here today and a lady said “why are you going so fast” with an attitude. lady responded with “all my employees are about to clock out and there’s a long line” the customer continued to go slow on purpose!! I told the employee that they were all doing amazing, because they really were. I’d rather have quick than slow, like duh. Props to you guys
