  A family member of mine ordered a mint-dip, vanilla cone. That was nasty. The mint-dip was a gritty, sandy mess, that tasted no where near what mint should taste like. Additionally, after swapping it out for something more edible, a medium cone, the small cone another family member had gotten was double the size of the brand new medium cone. Let alone lazy workers, they openly laughed after hearing my family member ask for a replacement cone. I do not recommend this Dairy Queen to anyone. Never going back; this isn't the first time it had happened.

  This particular Dairy Queen establishment has consistently provided a subpar experience, despite its convenient proximity. My recent visit, which will be my last, involved a significant delay at the drive-thru. The attendant requested I wait due to being occupied, resulting in a nearly ten-minute hold. Upon their return, I attempted to order a Blizzard, only to be informed that vanilla ice cream, a core product and primary draw for Dairy Queen customers, was unavailable. This information should have been communicated at the outset, preventing unnecessary waiting. I recommend that management implement enhanced employee training or consider staffing adjustments. This location frequently presents operational challenges, and I advise against patronizing it.
