  No vanilla ice cream, cold cookies, no chili on my chili cheese fries, didn’t give me a fork for my potato, chicken nuggets are cold. Parking lot is pitch black dark, drive through had 0 cars in it, i pulled up and the employees goofing off in the window as I was told to pull forward and waited 10 minutes for food. Wendy’s was a mistake, I will be going to McDonald’s next time. All around poor experience/waste of money.

  Usually a good experience at this location but tonight the manager was in lecture mode. Not a complaint, just wondering the necessity of this exchange? Me: I'd like an Oreo Brownie Frosty, please Him: You mean an Oreo Fusion? Me: I don't see that choice, I'm reading from the menu board, it shows Oreo Brownie Him: ok, one Oreo Fusion ((I'd been here previously and ordered the "Oreo Brownie" with zero issue)) At pickup he gave me a lecture about why it's called an Oreo Fusion. Couldn't explain why the menu lists it as Oreo Brownie but in the future I should order it as he instructed to avoid confusion. ? Sir, you caused the confusion by calling it something different from the written menu, maybe you need to get the menu board corrected? Him, hands me the item Me: Is that the Oreo? Him: Yes, it's the Oreo Brownie 🤯 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

  It's ridiculous how slow they are, they prioritize the drive thru more then walk in, kept coming up to the register but wasn't taking any orders and acting like they didn't see a line of people waiting.

  Jacquie (sp) - window...and Kelly - (Mgr.) were on it!! - .the fastest service "ever" - food was piping hot...delicious and served with a smile...something I rarely see at the "other" Wendy's I have tried in Ellenton and off 64th... A true breath of fresh air here!

  Este lugar te atiende a las patadas como si pidieras en ves de que estás comprando te dan lo que quieren si no hay cosas mayormente no tienen nada y la que atiende hoy 14 de febrero ya eh tenido varias veces malos ratos con esa hp eviten pasar mal rato
