  Attempted drive thru on a Friday night and was told via drive thru would have to go inside to order. What's the point of a fast food drive thru restaurant if it can't be ran as such. Management needs to do better or notify the franchise owner if you are unable to run the establishment like a business correctly.

  4/10/26 (Friday) @ 5:00 pm tried to go through the drive through… whoever was working the drive through would not take the 2 cars orders infront me. I got up there and waited 6 mins no answer I asked if the were open or need a minute no answer. Gave up and drive through the pickup window guy sitting right there on there phone wearing a headset I WOULD NOT RECOMEND

  Honestly the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to or ordered from. Unprofessional staff, missing items, food prep time that you'd expect in a sit down restaurant, delivery drivers waiting up to an hour just to collect the food while they aren't busy inside or in the drive through. When you attempt to report an issue you are pushed off if they even acknowledge it. Time to shut this location down or let you choose which restaurant location to order from on the app.

  Sadly I have to say this is one of the worst Taco Bells. My goto is the Beefy 5 Layer Burrito 🌯 and have ordered here 3 times and I think they don't understand that in the name, Beefy means there should be some beef. It's all beens and was hoping it was just a training issue the 1st two times, 3 strike of terrible preparation and you're out. Add the beef back in the items you offer and we will be frequent customers. Yeah, we get it beans are cheaper; however, give the customer what they order.

  I ordered a mobile pick up. After parking, I decided to enter the lobby. There were 3 people sitting in the lobby and 4 people behind the counter. Nothing was in the pick up rack. One cook came to the counter right across from me with NO eye contact and called an employee in the lobby to eat. She walked away. Again she came back and called out another order. Said nothing to me and made no eye contact, then left again. I stood waiting nearly 5 minutes. Nobody acknowledged me. I left. Entered the drivethrough. I told her I had a mobile pick up order, left the lobby because nobody would acknowledge me standing there. She said nothing. Then closed the drivethrough window. Opened it back and gave my food saying nothing. 6:45pm 3/15/26. This chain will close if it keeps hiring disrespectful people that have no customer service skills. The families will not support this behavior in our community.
