  Worst service ever. Got a happy meal with the cheeseburger. When my daughter opened up a happy meal, there was no cheeseburger. I went back to get one for her, and it took 30 minutes for me to get the damn thing. That’s what I get for eating at McDonald’s

  The manager needs more training what a horrible experience the cashier had more sense then the manager and she a younger lady! Trying to argue with the client about 6 hotcakes, assumed it was 6 orders when I personally said 6 hotcakes never mentioned orders.

  The food is fine, but they always get my order wrong every single time. I order for myself and my grandmother, who's a picky eater, and she always gets a quarter pounder with nothing on it except onions and mustard. Every single time without fail, I check the burgers before I leave and hers is always wrong, it has everything on it, like they just premade a bunch of them and are just filling the bags with the premade ones without caring about specific requests. It's not that hard to just make one burger with less stuff on it, that's literally less work, less steps, but they mess it up every single time. I always have to go park and walk back in to get it corrected, which isn't that big a deal in the grand scheme of things, but it's incredibly irritating and makes me avoid this location as much as possible. Plus, I can't imagine they're not doing this to others as well, and it could end poorly if they did it to someone who had, say, a pickle allergy or dairy allergy or something like that. My grandmother and I live down the road from this location, so it's a bummer that I have to avoid it, and I would absolutely go here way more often if they were better about not messing up orders. I mean, a mistake here and there is to be expected, that's understandable, the workers are only human and I don't expect them to be perfect, but messing it up every single time without exception is just ridiculous. Very disappointed.

  Why everytime that I visit this location they are constantly parking cars. The whole point of fast food is receiving the food fast fresh and hot. This is a brand new building and still the same sorry service ever 🙄🙄 they really need to evaluate the night manger , seems like they let the team tell them what they want to do versus what needs to be done. And all I ordered was a $5 dollar bundle I have to wait 5 hours to get absolutely ridiculous and then the food comes out cold like it’s been sitting for hours
