I ordered a refresher drink and politely requested that it be made with club soda instead of water, which is a very simple substitution. I fully understand and respect that some menu items may have limitations; however, the request was denied without a clear explanation or any attempt to accommodate or offer an alternative. What was most concerning was not the refusal itself, but the manner in which it was handled. The response felt dismissive, and there was no effort made to provide customer-focused service or solution. As a paying customer, I believe reasonable customization requests especially ones that do not add cost or complexity should at least be addressed respectfully. This location appears to dismiss customer concerns rather than engage professionally, which is unfortunate. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service standards, accountability, and consistency, so customers feel heard rather than brushed aside. I know the staff is familiar with me. That makes it even more disappointing that my request wasn’t considered with care. I am sharing this review in hopes that it leads to meaningful improvement.
