Hours show closing at 1am. Got there a little after midnight and said they were closed at the drive thru. Idk who manages and owns this Taco Bell but just close it. It’s always bad and every review shows that. But I guess since they don’t reply, they don’t care

What a disappointment from 2/17/26, 8pm. 5 different items and they all had quality issues. Potato and Steak burrito has old, burnt potatoes. Chicken Quesadilla had a tablespoon of chicken. Grilled steak burrito was missing ingredients with barely any steak. Soft shell supreme tacos tasted like cleaning products and were inedible.

Absolutely horrible. Took thirty five minutes for three basic items. A beefy five layer, cantina bowl, and a basic hard taco supreme. I also got a refresher, that took an extra eight ish minutes considering I was standing there saying ‘excuse me’ as politely as I could, while being side eyed and ignored. Most of the food was fine aside from the burrito, spilling sauce, even managing to get on the outside of the bag? Didn’t get utensils for the bowl either. I enjoyed getting off work, and sitting in a Taco Bell for way longer than needed. Thank you!

I can’t continue to give my money to this location!! We were very understanding when they first opened but I’m still waiting 15-30 minutes after I order to get my food and today I was the only one there and I still waited! The food that they are putting out is always incomplete, cold, missing items or has practically no toppings! You can’t order extra meat because you won’t get it, can’t order a side of nacho cheese because you won’t get it! I’ve been coming here since they opened and we were so excited to have one so close to home but at this point no one there cares about the quality of work they put to customers, or how fast they do it, they just want that paycheck!
