  I honestly never get good service at ANY Dunkin Donuts, I had high hopes for this location but unfortunately they suck! I asked for a side of plain bacon, & a bacon egg, cheese bagel (which usually comes with plain bacon) they gave me maple bacon for both. It feels like they did it on purpose. It sucks that I paid almost $4 for bacon that my son can’t eat!

  Disappointed Dunkin’ Donuts does not offer veterans discount. Companies that offer veteran discount say that it is because they want to honor their veterans. Does this mean Dunkin’ Donuts does not honor their veterans? Asking for a friend. I almost gave them 3 stars for not honoring Veterans with a discount, but then they forgot about me and I waited 20min for a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. “My bad, I’m having a bad morning” is not acceptable. I should’ve been offered a refund or discount for inconvenience.

  The donuts very dry like they were yesterday donuts. Hardly any cream filling. Would recommend this store for freshness.

  We came through the Dunkin drive-through. We ordered three turkey egg and cheese croissant, a caramel medium iced coffee and a blueberry refresher. We waited over 20 minutes in the line and then once we were done when we got our food, we had white cotton stuff on the food so I park my car went went inside to return the sandwiches that had the white thing that was on it, and there was a gentleman in there who did not have uniform on. He said that he had came in to help, and there was another gentleman with little braids in his hair who came with attitude and said that I needed to tell them in a Better voice that there was something in my food. We did not get our food and I don’t think this is a Dunkin I’ll ever come back to. It was dirty those empty basket baskets with no donuts in it Paper all over the place one girl went outside to go play with animals right by the drive-through while there was a whole bunch of cars still sitting in drive-through waiting for their food.

  So Freaking slow service All the Time not matter the times Iv visited. It’s legitimately wrong to have to consistently wait 10 minutes or longer EVERY time I order ahead, or in person. If you order from this location plan on being late for whatever it you’re doing.Horrible
