I just spent 50 minutes waiting for 2 hash browns and a wake up wrap. Considering everything is pre-cooked and all they need to do is assemble it, it should have taken 5 minutes at most. I was not alone. Another customer had been waiting almost as long as I started to complain and the answer from the other side of the counter was "Do you think you could do any better?" I would have fired the employee on the spot buy while this was happening the manager walked around with a sour look on her face and did nothing. Next time I'll drive the extra ten minutes to the Bradenton location.

When we asked if they were ready to order thinking that maybe they left their headset on, we were met with more strange sounds and laughter. At this point we decided to leave. I’m all for having fun, but it would have been nice if they actually attempted to take our order. We will not be returning to this location.

I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes, not one person acknowledged that I was there, if you're not able to serve the people that walk in and only concentrate on the drive-thru, maybe you should just lock the front doors.

My sister went inside and discovered the issue; only two people working during peak coffee hour. TWO PEOPLE. She ordered two coffees and a donut. They made one coffee and forgot the other. She watched multiple customers who ordered after her get theirs first. When she asked about the other coffee she had ordered the worker said, “Oh yeah, I can make it now.” Newsflash that’s kind of the job…. This location runs on chaos, not coffee. Whoever scheduled two employees for a morning rush should be required to wait in that same line before clocking in.
