- RRReedMar 18, 20261.0I stopped by to get a couple of donuts. When I got to the counter, the worker was counting money at the cash register. He said sorry, I'll be right with you, I said okay. I stood there for 5 minutes and he was still counting money. In the meantime I can hear a couple of employees in the back laughing and having a good time while I'm standing there. Then the guy counting money went back to join them. The three of them came back to the cash register talking about the money and I heard one guy say, I messed up. In the meantime I'm still standing there and all three walked to back without acknowledging me that they'll be back or anything, just left me standing there. I was pissed, so I left.

I’ve struggled in the past with poor service and lagging lines but this has improved significantly when he is working. It’s built my confidence again in coming more consistently and think that deserves a shout out.
