  4/13 6:30 Drive thru order asked for fresh Hot donuts . At the window received cold donuts. And I can tell the box was sitting because of the saturation stain at bottom . Ask them to be reheated the worker got an attitude (guy) received them back hot but the donuts was NOT fresh ! I’m mad as hell ! I was in a rush so I could not get refund ! Old Donuts was reheated ! I paid $16.99 for them ! I want a refund !

  I placed an order 3 days in advance for a coworkers birthday breakfast. Krispy Kreme donuts was on her favorites for breakfast. The order was delivered to the wrong address. The app directed me to contact the store. I was greeted by an very unpleasant employee. She directed me to contact Door Dash. I told her that I didn't place my order with Door Dash. I placed my order via Krispy Kreme. At this point I had been placed on hold several times. I understand that they are busy. I just needed a resolution. She rudely questioned everything I said and told me that if my renewed order was delivered to the wrong address, she would not be able to help me. I told her that I didn't have control over that. I asked to speak to her manager. She said she was the manager. I asked if I could speak to someone else because I didn't like her attitude and she hung up on me. I contacted customer support. Needless to say, my coworkers gift/breakfast was incomplete. I won't be bringing my business to this Krispy Kreme location again.

  I ordered a dozen green donuts online and I went from Kendall to Palmetto Bay location to pick them up and they didn’t have. The service clerk told me if I want the glazed donuts instead and I ask her for the inconvenience that I have to drive all the way in and they didn’t call me or cancel my order to give some glazed and some of the saint Patrick theme donuts and she was very rude and told me NO because what I paid for was glazed or cancel my order and place the order again. She was very very rude… it’s not my fault they are busy and didn’t have true courtesy to call me and waste my lunch time to pick the donuts. For her attitude I cancelled my order. I worked for the Publix Bakery and the first thing you do is to apologize and try to resolve the inconvenience. The cost of the donuts are cents…
