  I came to your store at 9823 hibiscus st palmetto bay I had got a ham cheese sub and the bread was hard how can y'all sale hard bread i will not come back there again y'all need to give me a free meal

  2nd. Ordered today and did not get my chips called and was told they could not deliver but would give me a credit for my next order. This will Never happen as My shop will not order from JJ again. Also they didn't even offer a discount for their last fumbled order. Way to go on customer satisfaction. 1st review. Ordered 2 8" Vito and paid for extra meat got less then reg meat on them asked for tomatoes got none on either. Had Ordered the day before and it was great don't know what happened but was not Happy.

  I was just in this store, 01/22. I had to use restroom. Gave the $100 to my hubby. Guy says our money wasn't real I felt terrible, because I knew the bill was real. I just paid for my food with a small $ . The guy made me feel like I was doing a fraudulent act.. He could have said he didn't have any change , but not just lie like that. As an Afro American, woman Ive never been rejected this way. People need to be mindful of there actions, we all aren't crooks.. This store needs to do better.. Treat people properly, . Dont bring big bills to this store and be Black..... please.

  I went through drive through and it was quick but after working for 3hours I was eating it and found the second half only had meat on half of that. So I only had a quarter with meat and they were 2 very thin small slices. Nothing gourmet about that. And the meat looked like it had been there since yesterday. Going to let corporate office know. Its freaky fast but not freaky fabulous or freaky fantastic. I hope Kevin Harvick hears me. His sponsor sucks. Don't go there meat I could see (because they do keep all ingredients hidden) didn't look very fresh. Need to call health department to check it out. Good bye Jimmy John's
