When I pulled up to the window, an employee let me know that I had “started the clock” and asked me to move, park, wait another 15–20 minutes, and then return to the drive-thru to place my order. I understand that mornings can be busy and that staff may still be getting set up, but the interaction felt unwelcoming and left me disappointed. If the store is open at 6:00 a.m., customers should be able to place an order shortly after that time. Unfortunately, this experience caused me to take my business elsewhere.
