  11/20/2025 drive thru back up , no one taking orders, no one at the pay window , no one at the collection window , I guess no one cares, waited for like 15 mins for some help , nothing, wasted my time tbh

  Es una pena que el personal de este local trabaje sin deceos cuando no falta las papas fritas ,faltan las salsas oh simplemente las caras k hacen la verdad te quitan los deceos de comer lo que pides pk sales dijustado sino les gusta o no saben trabajar con el público pues k no trabajen ahí para k no haga sentir mal al cliente es muy feo el racismo que manifiestan en este local la comida muy bien pero el servicio pésimo

  I just want to give a huge shoutout to Martin at McDonald’s! He’s always so nice and helpful, and no matter what time of day it is, he’s got that genuine smile that makes your day a little better. He always double-checks the bag to make sure everything’s in there and you can tell he actually cares about the customers. Honestly, he’s the most awesome employee I’ve ever met there. I really hope he sees this and knows how much he’s appreciated, probably by a lot more people than just me!

  My favorite location of all the McDonalds around they are always so nice . Some of the other locations should take notes

  If I could give zero stars I would. Since McDonald’s is promoting the new monopoly game. I’ve been buying only the products that carry game pieces. Unfortunately when ordering through the drive thru from this establishment. I was not given a game piece on a large smoothie. Even though on the app it says that the only size that you would receive a game piece on is a large. When I went inside to explain this to the cashier. She told me that I was mistaken. That they only give pieces on the medium size. I then proceeded to show her the app and showed her that she was wrong. She then proceeded to get the manager and they both explained that game pieces were not given at all for that product. I explained that I have gotten game pieces from other McDonald’s for that very same product. She said that that couldn’t be. So in essence I was called a liar by the manager. I then asked that even though I showed her the app that said I should get one. She then said that this particular McDonald’s does not follow what other McDonald’s do. That I would receive no game piece. This in my opinion is not only terrible customer service. But also a misrepresentation of what McDonald’s is and stands for. I for one will never order at this establishment again. After all, I’m sure there’s a Burger King somewhere around here. I’d rather give them my money. I just hope someone higher up sees this.
