    The drive up customer service was horrible. I asked for a manager the lady insisted she was the manager and she refused to give her name. What manager acts this way. She's acting like I'm buying food from her house. She also had the nerve to put the soda in a bag with the food including on the chips. She needs training and to learn how to act at work. Just because she's miserable don't take it out on the customers. She was rude from the beginning. This is unacceptable! Also, the chips are stale !

    I bought two burrito bowls, both bowls that had 1-2 toppings on them. I asked for cheese and they sprinkled a little bit on the bowl. I had to ask for cheese 3 times since there was not enough. 3 employees told me “extra” cheese on top of my burrito bowl would be an additional fee. I looked up online to see if it was true and it was false. I showed the employees on my phone how false their statement was and I received attitude and reluctance as if the price of cheese would be taken out of their paychecks. I’m a regular customer at chipotle and never experience this type of rude and dismissive behavior. Would not go to this location again.

    Waste of money, meat was dry and crunchy, couldn't chew the tortilla and rice was hard. So sad, I was excited to finally get a Chipotle near me.
