  Ive been waiting 15 minutes already in the mobile pickup line as the only customer present... I hope the team can improve efficiency to better support customers because this isnt normal for Chick-fil-A. The only thing fast about this location is how fast they're killing their brand reputation. Also when I got home and opened the bag up I was shorted 7 nuggets out of the 30 count box and they used fried chicken in their soup, when it should have been grilled! Get it together.

  I’m giving this new location a 2 star as a customer and as a delivery driver . There is absolutely no reason DoorDash drivers should be waiting outside the team member door when there’s 3 drive thru lanes at night open and one for uber ?? That’s so weird also I wait 30 minutes every time for my order . Now as a customer when I eat here I usually order 2 chicken sandwiches and everyone only one has been cooked good while the other taste very mushy and slimy .

  New location but the service is too slow I always order online to do the mobile drive thru to get my food faster but it’s always slower than just going thru regular drive thru They only had two days of training and didn’t train for breakfast so you can tell it’s not as good as other location It’s open later but still doesn’t make up for slow service They need to improve so for now it’s a 3 star and one of the worst locations just based on time management

  It’s my first time coming to this location and honestly the time wait was horrible I had asked for a minute to look at the menu and I was waiting for some girls to come and take our order but they were chit chatting, and there where other employees walking around I’m not sure why they didn’t notice and I would say excuse me but they were not listening until I had to yell it out, after ordering it at least took 10-15 minutes for our food and they had forgot 1 drink 1 sandwich w/ fried and a kid meal, I told them they forgot the items and the girl took my name and my receipt to check it 10 minutes later we get the kids meal and the drink and not the sandwich so I remind them of the item missing and they tell me it will be out in a minute, 6 minutes passes by and I say hey can I order something else while waiting for it and 5 minutes later the sandwich came out from the 2 nd order I just made but this time it was the manager and I say hey where is the other sandwich from my first order and they were like oh I need to see the receipt and I said another employee took it and i told them what kind of sandwich it was and another 10 minutes that I haded to wait and as I was about to ask for my money back it came out, 20+ employees and they still took long is crazy to me , I have worked In a fast food place and we would have less employees and would not take this long for food.

  I love going to chicken fil a and was so happy that this new location was opening. But I am beyond disappointed . I went on 2 separate occasions and both occasions were horrible. Starting from no hospitality at all, no sense for customer service and satisfaction. The lemonade tasted like pure sugar, the coke tasted like straight fizz the syrup and carbonated water ratio needs to be adjusted. I asked for items when I placed my order at the DT and the person didnt put it on the order, they didnt even repeat the order to verify that everything was correct. The both times I went there wasnt even a line and it took more than 15 minutes to get my items. And lets not mention how they dont greet you properly, you have the workers more entertained in talking with each other than actually providing great customer service. I will continue to drive to the Chick fil a in Palm beach lakes. I recommend that this chic fil a be retrained and more especifcally by Chick fil a Palm beach owner and operators because they do know what customer service is all around.
