  WOW! our experience at this Palm harbor location on sunday 10/26 around 10:45 am was amazing! the staff were so kind and joyful and super polite! we also all shared our love for the #11!!! i'm not exaggerating when i say this, but i felt the love in there!! also this location is VERY clean!! everything about this location is perfection! thank y'all 🙏🏼🥹

  I use the loyalty app and pick up at the drive thru. The app let's me quickly reorder my favorite sandwich. The staff are always friendly and the order is accurate.

  Ordered a 8 inch turkey. I got a 8 inch piece of bread with exactly one slice of turkey on it. Which covered only half of one side of the bread. The other side was 1 slice of cheese and bread. This place constantly won’t put anything on ur sub. You are paying 10-15 for a piece of bread 🥖. Iv never been to such a bad Jimmy John’s. The last time we ordered a veggie sub and it had exactly 2 slices of cucumber /lettus on the 8 inch. that is all they put on it. They didn’t add tomato’s or onions. Just cheese and bread. This is constant. I dont understand giving just a slice of bread to ppl who order here.

  Yeah thanks for the sub with 1/4 of the meat…. No turkey on half my sub and barely any on the other. This location always does us wrong. I don’t think they care much here.

  Thanks for the ten dollar lettuce sandwich? Service would get 5 stars but they forgot to put the pasta salad in bag.
