Every worker was being super kind and communicating wait times in such a professional manner. It’s always hard to plan for such huge rushes like that and I felt like they handled it so gracefully. My food was still hot and fresh and I just wanted to give a shoutout to everyone behind the counter yesterday!

Waited an hour for my burgers meanwhile people just walking in are being served. I would never eat there again. I ended up asking for a refund which supposedly will go back on my card but I highly doubt it.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
