  Waited about 10 minutes for 4 bagels sandwiches. All done right nice staff. Second time we have been here. Super convenient to get to even with a trailer.

  I’ve always loved Einsteins, but I love this place better than all the others I’ve been to. The reasons are simple: it has to do with leadership and management of the store. Rozina is a phenomenal leader and manager. She hires great local talent and trained them to be kind, empathetic, and use high emotional intelligence. This is truly rare in today’s world, especially in a labor pool that is so limited. Of course the food is good of course it’s on time. Of course it’s a good price. These are table stakes. What they bring is something beyond that. And frankly, it’s just good old kindness. THIS is a sustainable competitive business advantage in today’s world. Who would’ve thought that a value like kindness could drive so much business? By the way, she also owns the Westshore Pizza in the same building and can all those trays can easily be claimed for them as well. Get the connection? It’s management!

  Energy was way off in the whole gas station not even just at the bagel place. Employees seemed stressed. No management in sight. Hope they are okay.
