    This place went downhill quick. Worst part is you ask for double meat which you are willing to pay for but they refuse to put the amount of meat you ask for. Can’t even do their job right. People that work there are a joke.

    This place is so dirty, rice was hard and undercooked. A complete rip off. Will not come back. The workers are rude teenagers. I asked for a refund and went to another chipotle. The second photo is how it’s supposed to be.

    Upon entering the store this evening to buy a chicken quesadilla, I was one of only two customers. However, I was told that I had to order online, despite my assertion that I have always ordered in-store and it is a listed option. The staff claimed that accommodating my request would slow down the line, although there were no other customers waiting, prompting some employees to offer additional explanations. Disappointed ☹️
