  This Taco Bell has gone downhill over the last few years. Orders always incorrect and service is garbage. The new staff is very rude and slow. Management needs to work this out. Step it up peeps!

  3rd visit here. Twice, the same girl has been working. Shortish black hair and a real attitude. Pathetic customer service skills. The latest, i showed up 5 minutes before my remote order should be ready. They had no clue about the order until going into the system and retrieving it. I had been waiting 5 minutes before the interaction and she states" just sit there and wait and we'll get it ready". I told here i am waiting and have been. Shen then gets the food and throws it on the counter with no communication. What do we pay these pathetic employees for? I owned 5 businesses and she would have been gone in no time. Twice she has shown this attitude while I was there. Food OK but service sucks. The time I was there without her being present was fine.

  This used to be a good place now they close early inside but still take inside mobile orders making customers irritated while we wait 3-5 minutes a car with 10+ cars in the drive thru waiting for our walk in mobile orders when we should've been able to go inside!

  On 4-14-26 waited 20 minutes for a crunch wrap soft taco and steak burrito. People ordering after getting served. I was given a hard time asking for a refund. I will drive 20 miles out my way to another location before ever going here again
