  I ordered a burger, I asked to make sure they put onions on it and they said of course. I open it up, no onions. I go back through the line to ask for it to be fixed, they take the bag back through the window (health code violation btw) and return it to me completely drenched in onions with ONE single pickle. I ended up throwing it out because I don’t want to ask again for a burger to be made the way it’s supposed to be made. Why can’t McDonald’s employees do their job, just quit if you hate it there so much. Waste of money.

  Just done curbside pick up and never received my order even though I was billed for it (plus received reward points). Sat outside at Curbside #7 while finishing booking my hotel and setting GPS just before jumping on the interstate ideally while waiting for my order. Go back to the McDonald’s app only to realize it has been 30 minutes and so long it now shows up like every other previous order by no longer showing a code. I went inside and asked about my order, older lady would or could not look up anything refusing to offer any type of solution; only implied I was lying and stating if I never come in the pending charge will go away by refunding automatically while walking away from the register. She also said it never went through when it clearly did and I was billed for it. Second time I had issues with this location ordering here and usually it’s them forgetting items… Wasn’t willing to arguing with the staff over $10, but the attitude received is ridiculous (especially after showing the lady the same screen shots). EDIT: Charge posted to my card… I also filed a complaint with corporate customer service as “auto” suggest in reply to this review only to receive a phone calls from the manager after they directed back to the store. No I did not call back, this review is what they deserve if they did not want to offer solutions the day I was there as a customer…

  I bought a steak egg and cheese bagel this morning and it was very greasy , I wonder why it has too much either butter or oil and on top of that mayonnaise? We (customers) should have the option to add mayo to the sandwich not just add it . I used to like it but they obviously changed and last time I bought it.

  Haven't been to any McDonalds in over a year now. Wanted to get something for lunch. Looking at the fryer station while at the front counter. I was hit with the reminder why I never came back. Not only are there prices higher then going to buy a real steak. I cannot stand to pay such a high price but when you see the amount of frys they give than what you pay for is crazy. The large fry container only had a medium amount at best. I decided not to even try to over pay knowing that I will be shorted on my frys. I left without buying anything. Sorry guys but if you are going to over charge on everything you have, your customers should get overflowing amount of frys. Not a slap in the face when we get our order.

  Ordered Big Arch, asked sauce to be removed & substituted with Big Mac sauce. It's an even swap & charged 40 cents! I asked for manager & complained about charge, first she agreed with me then listened to employee about charge & agreed with her. Also, burgers were over cooked and almost dry. They just lost a long-time customer for a lousy 40 cents. It's not the money; it's the principle.
