- DMDanielle MannsNov 13, 20251.0Anytime you order online they never toast the sub. After a handful of times of this happening I finally said something and the manager insisted I was wrong. You could clearly see it wasn’t toasted and the sub was cold. I was told it was from sitting even though they didn’t even have time to get it to the pick up area before I showed up. And I make subs for a living so I know what a toasted sub looks and feels like!!

I believe she's the manager or lead but she's always on it and verry considerate of my orders when I make changes or special requests. Id recommend this subway every time 100% as she is verry sweet and the place is generally pretty clean and kept up with.
