  Who else has problems getting your free panerra reward... Like a free bagel? At multiple Panerras? Anyone else? I spammed their coupons and rewards as they must be fake.....

  Pros: Delicious food, friendly staff (thank you, Aura for your help), clean restaurant and access to wifi. They also have a lot of options for even the pickiest eaters, but definitely try an asiago bagel! Cons: Wifi is super slow so a star was deducted.

  The food was excellent and priced well. I had issues with bringing a disabled party member into the bathroom to eventually discover that an able bodied employee was in there taking their time, making it so my disabled party member had to use the regular bathroom stall. However, when the employee left she did not wash her hands and was at the service area touching bread with her bare and not gloved hands after using the bathroom. The manager was nice, said they will discuss it with the employee but seeing her touching the food with her bare hands really turned off my appetite.

  Did a DoorDash order and Panera employee with a D initial signed off that order was complete. They completely forgot to put my sandwich in the bag. So now I got to eat my sad little soup with no sandwich. I got a refund but ima be starving the rest of the day. Thank you Panera. Also shoutout to the employee who initialed a D. Hopefully they didn’t do it on purpose and are eating it right now in the break room

  Dylan, a manager at this restaurant impresses me with her professionalism. Not only is she willing to fill in as manager at another restaurant in the chain, which is 30 minutes away in Daytona Beach, but her ability to anticipate what is happening in her restaurant. Last night, I had forgotten to ask for butter for the free side order of French Baguette. I went back up to the counter. Dylan came out carrying a large container of hot soup.I was impressed of how she as a manager will pitch in to do what’s necessary to help her subordinates when they are too busy with their tasks. She looked at my plate and asked. ”Do you need butter?” I nodded. I was impressed again how Dylan had noticed and anticipated I wanted butter before I did. That kind of focus is one of the reasons, I’m a regular at this restaurant. The other reasons are, as follows 1) I have the opportunity to customize my order, like, bread choice, adding or removing toppings and changing condiments. 2) I can earn points to reduce the price of an entree or drinks or dessert. 3)There are plenty of electrical outlets to charge up my laptop, If I want to work remotely.
