It said it could be redeemed within 2 hours of order so we thought we could just go back up after we finished eating. My little girl was there and had picked out the pastry she wanted but the associate refused to accept Panera's own coupon. She insisted it had to be redeemed at the time of purchase but the coupon clearly stated that it could be redeemed within 2 hours of purchase. The staff clearly needs to be trained better there (I mean just look at the Google rating). Whoever owns that franchise should be retrained by HQ or have their license revoked. When you do that to a little kid, you create an enemy for life, not just in the kid but the parents as well. Three customers lost! Hope it was worth the cost of your donut.

I ordered a sandwich and asked for the roll vs the bun and was told her computer would not let her. Just last week they had run out of the buns and offered me the roll. It was fantastic! But now I can’t request it. When I decided to decline the order the young lady was happy to cancel the order. And said bye, so I guess we were done!
