  Disappointing and repetitive experience Every time I make the mistake of visiting this McDonald’s (5190 State Rte 100, Palm Coast, FL), I end up facing the same issue: the orders are never right. No matter how simple the request is or how clearly I state my preferences, something always goes wrong. This time, I ordered a combo with chicken nuggets, but to my surprise, I received an extra burger instead. That means not only did they mess up my order once again, but someone else probably didn’t get the meal they paid for. I only realized the mistake when I got home, and honestly, I didn’t even bother going back to complain — it’s just not worth it anymore. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of attention and care for something as basic as checking an order before handing it to the customer. I’m glad there’s now a Chick-fil-A nearby, where the service and accuracy are on a completely different level. From now on, I’ll no longer buy anything from this McDonald’s in Palm Coast. I’ve given this location more than enough chances, and unfortunately, the experience remains disappointing every single time.

  Seldom is any fast food store up to par for timely order taking in the diner. A challenge to any drive-thru style since the drive thru window seems to get the most attention. Service today at 5190 e. Moody blvd was good inside. Food prepped well. Chicken biscuit breakfast.

  The lovely lady taking the orders and payments tonight on 11•7•25 at about 6:10pm was killing it!!! 🎉 They were pretty busy and still she was sweet & thorough to everyone coming through and was also very efficient. She deserves to be appreciated! 🙏😊

  When I first moved to Palm Coast this location had its ups and downs, but was decent. The last few years it's gone downhill. Cold, soggy hashbrowns that seem partially cooked, forgetting items I paid for, as usual. I was going to drive back after spending almost $30, but honestly I dont even want it replaced. I just threw most of it in the trash. I'm done. The quality at this location is that bad these days. I hope other options open up in the area soon. Mcdonalds has gone to hell these days while their prices have soared.

  I spent quite a bit of money at this McDonald's on State road 100. I never ever ask for condiments, I never complain when my foods wrong or not good. Today I ordered something off the menu, I thought syrup would be nice to go with it. I asked for one syrup. Just one syrup, they looked at me like I had five heads and refused to give me syrup because didn't already pay for it earlier in the line. Ridiculous a multi-billion dollar company refuses to give an everyday customer 1 syrup. The greed is astonishing shame on you McDonald's.
