  Ordered a McDouble tonight with no pickles and extra onions and it was made with care for sure. Best McDouble I’ve ever had. The onions were grilled and seasoned and sort made into a patty on top of the burger, not even one fell off. Sounds crazy that I’m here making a review about this but trust me it was that good! Keep up the good work I really appreciated the attention that was put into making that McDouble.

  I came here at 11.20 pm they said they had no meat i call talk to manager he said he had meat to come back I came back they said it cause the cut the fryer off why do u cut the fryer off at 11.20 pm why I sit there 5 more car came thur drive thur as well I won't eat at this one again.Iam very disappointed in this when I spen alot at this place but no more.

  Getting help in-store takes an act of Congress. Employees will not make eye contact with you even when walking by and noticing a long line. Avoid like the plague if you DoorDash and expect extremely long wait times and highly unprofessional staff if you dare come here.

  So me and my brother and we are just kids, we went here to get ourselves some bugers and there was no one at the front. We were the first one in line and people just keeped coming in and leaving because of how long the line is. We waited around 20-35 minutes in line and there was still nobody at the front. So we decided to leave and one lady said she's the only one up front, even though I saw more than one worker's available to take orders. That was just a waste of time.

  Hands down the worst McDonald's in Palm Coast. This place is a joke, drive thru wrapped around the building, inside there is nobody ever at the counter and people just standing around waiting to either pickup food, place an order, or pickup for door dash, Uber eats, etc. No employee acknowledgement at all! No leadership around, have tried to give them the opportunity to provide satisfactory service and the handful of times I've ordered for pickup, the food is never ready and I have had to cancel my orders. One customer told me they had been waiting 45 min for a small order. I'll stick to the McDonald's on 100 before I ever step foot into this one again. They need a new manager running things properly. The owner needs to understand that an establishment running less than 3 star reviews is not a good at all and needs to set a better example for the business.
