  "I'm still ravin' about my experience at Jimmy John's last week! Huge shoutout to Donnell, the young man who went above and beyond to make my visit awesome! 👏 He was super respectful and friendly, and my number 7 was ON POINT. The environment was spotless, and the whole crew seemed like they were having a blast! 🤩 Definitely earned myself a return trip, and I'll be askin' for Donnell next time.

  I placed a catering order. I did it online and customized my order. I specified, no condiments and switched up the sandwiches that are part of the standard catering package. My order was over $100. Upon reviewing it, I discovered all my customization had been ignored. I received nothing I ordered and my sandwiches were covered in condiments. I couldn’t do anything about it as I was hosting a party within the hour. I did reach out to them via their “contact us” on their website, letting them know what had occurred. They never reached out to me. So disappointing! We still buy JJ’s, just not this location.
