  I love the get their breakfast bagel sausage egg and cheese sandwiches here. They are delicious and decently sized. They're also always hot and fresh, you can pick which bagel you want them to make it out of or if you want a croissant instead and they're price isn't too high either. Just thinking about it now I think I'm going to stop there on my way to work to get one.

  I give up on this Dunkin. The food the last few months has been subpar (over cooked eggs on sandwiches & cold hash browns), but I draw the line at bad hot chocolate. For the 3rd time in the last 2.5 weeks I’ve gotten severely watered down hot chocolate with barely any sweetener. Even if you get them to make it over it tastes the same…like water with a hint of chocolate and bitter. Dunkin on hwy 100 in PC consistently makes the most creamiest, thick, sweet & rich hot chocolate (as does several in Daytona and St. Augustine as I’m always in those areas for work/visiting family and going to Dunkin). I just don’t understand why it’s so bad at this location. Please fix it.

  I went inside to get two chocolate frosted donuts. There were kiosks to put your order in. I did all that, and I did not tip, I’ve worked tipped jobs my Entire working life and when I worked that places like DD, I didn’t get tipped I am told they only have chocolate frosted with sprinkles, as they hand me the box, even though I could see chocolate frosted sitting in their donut rack. I don’t know if this is related, but I will start pointing out that they do in fact, have the doughnut that I want. This was at the Palm Coast, Florida location on Palm Coast Parkway Then when I left, the sprinkler directly in front of my car, hose down my entire car. It was the only sprinkler that came on and it is 48° here, the lawn doesn’t need watering. I just hand washed my car two days ago.

  I went for 2 frozen coffees, a sandwich and 2 donuts. I ordered and sat in line, got to the window and paid gave a tip and thought I was good. The drinks came out looking really good but my donut I asked for was not right. When I told the lady she seemed very confused. Told me to pull up. When I pulled up a man came out to give me everything. I checked for my donut and it was basically the same just a different type of donut. I told the man (who looked like a manager) that unfortunately it was wrong and he immediately raised his voice and said "well what DID you want then" I told him and he came out with ANOTHER wrong donut and I just couldn't deal with it anymore. I understand it gets busy there but the attitude is super unacceptable. Especially from a manager. I would've waited at the window or even walked inside to not get that attitude again. I hope next time I go their attitude is fixed.

  I am very disappointed today going through the drive through I was asked “If I even like the taste of coffee” I guess because of how sweet I prefer it. I even tipped and everything. Just sad I can’t get coffee and enjoy it without being judged by people that are paid to do so.
