  I have no idea what happened to this place in the last few months but I always loved coming here. Everyone was friendly and they didn’t hesitate to correct things. The manager who had glasses and was an older gentleman kept this place running smooth. Now there’s a younger guy who always appears disheveled and today he’s coughing AT THE DONUTS when we ordered them. Like turning to grab them and starts coughing without covering his mouth. Then he puts in a hot coffee for my mom after she said iced latte and we had to wait an extra five minutes for them to remake it. Can we please get the older gentleman back who actually kept this place nice??

  Thank you for the water with a hint of tea I said this tastes like water at the window and the girl hands me the small one and closes the window and walks away. 15 dollars on drinks for me to throw them away. This is ridiculous some of us work in hospitals all day and offices and barely make enough money but they want to make 20 dollars to serve people water.

  It amazes me how disrespectful the employees are in this store. They are so young and they have a really bad attitude and they are disrespectful. I am a middle age, old school woman that likes good food, but mostly, good service and I definitely cannot have both here.

  The facility was very clean and had a large variety of donuts. What made our experience a great one was the associate that took our order, Miriam. She was pleasant, friendly and helpful; we felt valued as customers. She is a true asset to your establishment.

  I don’t like to leave bad reviews, unless the experience truly pissed me off, which this did. I placed a mobile order, you can see the order in the one photo, and you can clearly see that I ordered bacon avocado toast. I grabbed my order, pull into a spot to make sure everything is there, and noticed that my avocado toast did not have bacon on it. So, I go through the long drive-thru, again, explain what happened, and they tell me to pull up to the window. I get up there, ask them if they want it back, they said, “no,” but I showed them that there wasn’t any bacon on it, and the guy, who I believe was a manager, even said, and I quote, “the issue was that you didn’t have bacon, right?” To which I reply, “yes.” I guess it’s my fault, though, for not checking right there at the window, because I leave, drive all the way home, open up the other box, and guess what, there’s no bacon. Anyway, I’m gonna go eat my bacon-less avocado toast, and be pissed off, because I’m not driving back. The best part is, there was a cop behind me, and when I got to the window, I asked if it was true if cops got free coffee , and stuff, and he said, “it depends, but I usually hook them up.” I said, “oh, I was gonna ask if I could pay for his order.” He goes, “you can, if you want, it’s just a small coffee.” So, I do. It goes to show, that even when you do good deeds, you still, personally, get screwed. Oh, and when I tried to call, it rang, then went to a fax machine, so I hung up, and when I called back, it was busy. I tried 5 times. 🙄🙄🙄
