I don’t like to leave bad reviews, unless the experience truly pissed me off, which this did. I placed a mobile order, you can see the order in the one photo, and you can clearly see that I ordered bacon avocado toast. I grabbed my order, pull into a spot to make sure everything is there, and noticed that my avocado toast did not have bacon on it.
So, I go through the long drive-thru, again, explain what happened, and they tell me to pull up to the window. I get up there, ask them if they want it back, they said, “no,” but I showed them that there wasn’t any bacon on it, and the guy, who I believe was a manager, even said, and I quote, “the issue was that you didn’t have bacon, right?” To which I reply, “yes.”
I guess it’s my fault, though, for not checking right there at the window, because I leave, drive all the way home, open up the other box, and guess what, there’s no bacon. Anyway, I’m gonna go eat my bacon-less avocado toast, and be pissed off, because I’m not driving back.
The best part is, there was a cop behind me, and when I got to the window, I asked if it was true if cops got free coffee , and stuff, and he said, “it depends, but I usually hook them up.” I said, “oh, I was gonna ask if I could pay for his order.” He goes, “you can, if you want, it’s just a small coffee.” So, I do. It goes to show, that even when you do good deeds, you still, personally, get screwed.
Oh, and when I tried to call, it rang, then went to a fax machine, so I hung up, and when I called back, it was busy. I tried 5 times. 🙄🙄🙄
