I personally left without receiving my order, and I observed at least three other patrons leave for similar reasons. During my visit, I witnessed an employee handling meat in a manner that caused juices to splash onto other food items. As a strict vegetarian, this is extremely concerning. Additionally, a customer in front of me left because the salsa she ordered had sour cream mixed in, despite her notifying staff that she had a milk allergy. When I attempted to raise these concerns with the manager, I was met with a dismissive response: “We’re busy. Can’t you see the line?” This reaction did not address the potential food safety risks and indicates a lack of proper attention to hygiene and customer safety. Based on these observations, I believe this location may pose a health risk to patrons and warrants an immediate inspection.

And it’s not the recipe, because I always eat at Chipotle in Orlando, Delray Beach, and it’s never that bad! Moreover, this is happening over the last 6 months! The menu and food I always love, but need to fix this problem. The Team at the restaurant are great and always polite and ready to provide all customers with great service! Thank you!
