I live in Ormond beach and came here coming back from a church gathering, I came in with my husband whom went to the restroom, upon coming back he said there was a live roach behind the toilet and drips of who knows what all around the floor. That’s ONE thing. Secondly, when I went to order the shredded pork looked like it had been siting in grease all day. I’ve been cooking for years and to come to any restaurant that has a set recipe everyday can’t find it in their time to make the food pleasing to look at let alone want to eat? I find that hard to comply with. Sure the floor was swept. But you can just see the disgusting places they miss by just looking closer. Not to mention the amount of language I heard. Unprofessional. If I could give zero starts I would.

Been to many Chipotles & not sure how the health department hasn’t shut them down. Sloppy, unprofessional, and lack of cleanliness. Still questioning why we stayed and ate. Meat was cold; but over cooked.
Lady that was doing the rice and meat was pleasant; everyone else had horrible attitudes. Definitely won’t be a returning customer.

I should have checked the recent reviews before going here. In the last 17 reviews, at least 12 of them are really negative.
Is there a new manager there or something? I get that good help is hard to find, but this is completely unacceptable.
A week ago I came here. It was extremely dirty. I ordered a bowl, and got the portions of a literal child or baby bird. I ate the burrito in like 4 bites.
There was also these really nasty fatty clumps in the burrito. So out of the tiny bit of meat they did give me, almost half of it was inedible. Extremely hard pieces, with super soft, inedible fatty pieces.
I figured it was a fluke. Today, I ordered uber eats. Because of the extremely tiny portions they gave me last time, I decided to order double chicken and double carnitas.
This time, my bowl was FULL of these huge clumps again. Even more. I guess when you ask for "extra meat", you're just getting a bunch of inedible stuff. Only a little bit of the bowl was edible. See the attached photo for the huge clumps in my meat. It was really unpleasant to bite into a hard piece, and then feel the slimy soft piece of fat.
Someone needs to call the health inspector on this place. I get good work is hard to find, but it should be shut down until they can figure it out. 12 out of 17 really negative reviews is really concerning when it comes to food.
So, now I'm out $30, I'm still hungry, and I wasted my $30 that I worked hard for.
Never again. STAY CLEAR.
Edit: also this guac looked really bad and dark. I threw it out after taking this pic.

Quesadilla not folded properly, restaurant extremely dirty, trash overflowing, and multiple sodas out of syrup. This is clearly a service flow issue at the fault of the GM because the staff was friendly and clearly working hard. Chipotle is supposed to be a premium option but in this condition it truly feels like a waste of $20.
