  This is the second bad review I have ever left on anything, I dont complain and I understand that we all have bad days. Food service workers are human, we're all entitled to have human moments/feelings. But scolding someone for placing a pick up order AN HOUR AND A HALF before closing is wild. We didn't get the guy's name. I placed an order for pick up at 11:30pm, checkers closes at 1am. I ordered 10 items (3 of them being duplicate items) totaling about $48 for my fiance and I. Granted, the order is a little big but i have my period and the uterus wants what the uterus wants. When my fiance picked up the order at 11:43ish (still over an hour before closing), the guy working the drive through was so offended by having to do his job that he scolded my fiance for the "large" order and said he and the crew just wanted to go home. Again, OVER AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING. Its 10 items including drinks, its not like i put in a catering order for 150 people. Now, if I had placed this order 30min or less before closing I would DEFINITELY understand the annoyance. I've worked in food service, I was a server for 10 years. I understand how crappy people are to food service workers. And there's nothing worse than getting an order 5 minutes before closing. But as a former foodservice worker, being openly hostile towards a guest for ordering food over an hour before closing is absolutely insane. I feel like I need to stress what time this all happened because my mind is boggled. And the fact that this dude was rude to my fiance, the sweetest human on the planet, when it was ME who placed the order. THATS why I'm leaving the review. If it had been me he was rude to, I'd have handed him his behind and went on about my life. I wouldn't need to leave a review. But he was mean to my sweet non-confrontational fiance, therefore, public shaming is required. I'm not a huge fastfood person, so don't worry drive thru worker with big emotions, we won't bother you with our business again. I'm SO sorry you had to do your job, its rough being you. I'm sure this place will continue making money despite itself and nothing will change. The fact that a warning about the service and employees being impolite is a part of the Google review summary tells you how wrong things are going at this location. Also, a quick little GET WRECKED for Mr. Congeniality for driving me to be a Karen and leaving a damn one star review.

  Staff was terrible, not one of them literally all of them. I asked in the drive thru how good are the cheesesteak bites and another employee yelled out so loud it came from the speaker "tell him they’re horrible". This is a sad sad place. 01/5/2026 12:30am
