This location had the bartender also working as a waiter for an extra 5-6 booths in the area; I sat at one of them and waited 10-15 min before one of the hostesses finally saw me...it was 10-15 min for the menu and an iced tea, another 20-25 min for the actual main course. The only thing that I asked for and was fast tracked was the check.

When we arrived I was told it would be 35 minutes and I informed her of the waitlist and she found my name and the time did not change at all. We waited 30 minutes then decided to eat at the bar. It was another 30 minutes before they even called our name and we were almost finished eating. The staff seems very unconcerned about service ( even bartender was slow). People next to us finally took their order to go ..they were tired of waiting. Food was good but very poorly run restaurant. By the time you get your meal you don’t really enjoy it.

She's so personable, sweet, and genuinely makes you feel welcome the second you sit down. Our drinks were perfect, the food was great, and she checked on us just the right amount without ever being overbearing. You can tell she really cares about giving people a great experience. Also, I have to mention her blue hair looks super cool and suits her perfectly. It adds such a fun, confident touch to her presence behind the bar and honestly reflects the vibrant, positive personality she brings to the atmosphere.
