  I came in for the first time since they reopened after their remodel. Everything is new obviously but with a cold, industrialized feeling. Not warm and welcoming. I was really hoping they would do away with the horrific kiosks, but not so. You are forced to use them. I came in when breakfast was ending. I was struggling with the kiosk and an EXTREMELY nice employee named Danny saw what was happening and took my order the "old fashioned' way up at the register. He couldn't have been nicer. I ordered hotcakes and hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were amazing. Always delicious. The hotcakes were lukewarm. Again, breakfast was ending so this was probably the reason. I wasn't going to say anything, but Danny came to my table and asked how the food was. I told him about the hotcakes and he immediately took them back and brought out fresh, hot ones. He was wonderful throughout. I hadn't ordered a drink, so he gave me a cup of water with ice without asking. Very thoughtful. He gave 5 star service at McDonalds!! Wow, if I owned a business, I would be stealing him from McDonalds to come work for me. Just top notch all the way. Thank You Danny for going above and beyond. You are the reason I left a 5 star review. It would have been 3 stars had it not been for your outstanding service. I appreciate you and hope McDonalds does too....Tara

  Food remains reasonably fresh, service typical of what McDonald's has devolved to. Restaurant, despite recent renovation, still extremely unkempt, even more so when Dessa isn't working.
