  On the 15th of April I visited this store in the afternoon. I was overcharged 5$ and they refused to give me the money back. I’ve never heard of a store that would refuse a return of money after they admit the mistake. I was stolen from being that no refund was provided. They said no and I will never return. No principals or customer appreciation

  I don’t think i have ever felt the need to leave a review more than i do about this dunkin’ donuts!!!!! These people are MISERABLE and just flat out rude. I honestly feel bad that so many people in one place can be this unhappy.

  As a Dunkin enthusiast this Dunkin is superior, Johnny and nick were working yesterday when I came in and immediately greated me and took my order quickly. Not only was my food delicious but I also left with a smile on my face!!!it was a little Cold though, thankfully the food warmed my heart.

  The lady working this morning with the rose tattoo on her right arm was SO mean and unprofessional. (To me and her coworker) the sweet kind lady at the register inside was very kind!! However this other lady who stepped in to help her ring up my order for a matcha made completely unnecessary comments when I asked the simple question of “does this have sweetener in it”. She talked down on me for asking a question about a drink I’m ordering and had such a rude tone. When I was paying with a gift card that had $10 on it, she said I still owed 22 cents. Which was fine but I was confused and told her my gift card had $10 on it. She snapped at me and walked away. Just overall really mean and unnecessary to be honest. I hope she is not rude like that to other customers and coworkers :(
