  This location is garbage! So they shorted me $40 dollars change one time. Tried to charge me for items that they don't charge for. I was coming in the morning time, but the items would always still be in the oven. so Id sit their for 15-20 mins waiting for one of those egg croissant items. I got tired of waiting! They also forgot food when ive been there. Never did anything to make it right! what used to cost $3.99 for a breakfast item, costs $8 now. I have to eat two to get full. so breakfast cost me $16 now? Get real! Foods mediocre, service sucks! They would rather throw food out, then to let me buy one and give me one, they'd rather throw 2 in the garbage. God forbid you make a customer feel special one day for doing business with you! Thank god I count my money when I get change. Being shorted almost $50 is completely unacceptable, even if it wasn't on purpose. If they had ever done anything nice for all my inconviences, i'd feel different. Never not one nice gesture did I ever get in return for all those bad visits. Just keep throwing food out instead of giving it to a paying once loyal customer! This treatment hasn't worked in your favor. I'd rather give my business to someone who values it!

  I’ve visited this Panera Bread location before and found it fairly average, but this experience was especially disappointing. I stopped in for a simple soup and sandwich, and despite there being nearly 10 employees working in the kitchen, my order didn’t move on the board for almost 20 minutes. For the price, the wait time was completely unreasonable. I ultimately canceled my order and went elsewhere up the block. If you’re on any kind of time constraint or simply value efficiency, I’d strongly recommend choosing another option.

  Went there after getting contacts next door. I ordered a chicken sandwich that was there most popular sandwich. The bread was off the chart good but I was disappointed with the amount of chicken on the sandwich for the price. Tasty but overpriced in my opinion.
